It did not go well at all. The rep was great and very amicable. However, something went terribly wrong and whatever he did to the air conditioning, created a huge condensation issue that froze the pipe even outside. Then the air completely broke and would not function properly. I had to buy another air conditioning system immediately. I did not buy from them, though. I am not sure. But it could have been a stunt to get me to buy it from them. Fortunately, I had a friend in the industry who quickly helped me for a great price.

Poorly. Twice I have set up appointments with Quality Air of America and twice they have failed to show up in the time period they assigned. The first time (July 21st, 2017) I was told that there was a scheduling problem and they neglected to put me on the schedule. They rescheduled me for July 27th 11am-1pm. Today, again, the technician failed to show up nor did they call. When I called the office, they said the technician would "get to me when he could". Since I took time off to be here for their appointment, I could not wait around any longer. Additionally, since they were going to give me an estimate to replace a 3.5 ton and a 2 ton system, their unreliability has cost them a job and any recommendations.

The technician came, but he did not want to do the work . He left and they refunded my $35.00.

They came out to repair our ac and heater. The repair guy who came was knowledgeable, professional and seemed to show genuine concern about our repair needs. I will absolutely call them again if the time of need arises and would happily recommend them to those who are in need of their services.

They performed service on our air conditioning unit that quit working. These guys were very professional and knowledgeable, especially the technician who did not give up and recommend a new unit for installation. Given that we have a baby, he did his very best to see that he would get the air conditioner up and running that day. We were highly pleased with his service, especially when the we felt the cool air coming from the unit again.

This company did their best to help me. They assisted me 2 hours after I first notified them about my ac problem. They completed the service in the fastest way I could imagine. They also didn’t try to talk me into extravagant options. They just gave me a good price. No high pressure and quality service. AMEN!

I noticed one afternoon that my AC was frozen – literally frozen with ice covering the condenser coils. Instead of cold air coming from the icy ac, warm air was coming out of it. I contacted the people I often call to service my ac but there was no answer. Frustrated, I went to Angie’s List and found these guys. I called them and I immediately spoke to one of their staff and said they’d come right out this afternoon. The technician immediately noticed the refrigerant leak from my AC and gave it a fix and refill. I am glad that I had him check it because right after he fixed the leak, the ac was blowing cold air and never froze again.

This company is very responsive and reliable. The technician explained the problem and he took a thorough look at my ac before suggesting a solution. Excellent customer service from the phone and on site. I was able to receive quality service from these guys and so far the work they did on my ac was outstanding.

Selected them based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. The technician was on time, very professional and friendly. Service was fast. He was in and out in half an hour, which is crucial because I had to leave work early just to meet him. I will definitely call them for our dryer vent maintenance.

I am very pleased with the work these people did for me last week on our filthy air ducts. They showed in-depth duct cleaning… methods that I haven’t seen with other duct cleaning companies. They took pictures inside the ducts and have helped me gained insights into what we have inside the ducts. They also did a decent job in disinfecting our ducts to make sure any bacteria or virus or fungi inside the ducts are thoroughly destroyed. It was truly a detailed duct cleaning service. I’m glad I called these guys.

This company is awesome. We called them to inspect our ducts because we thought there’s a dead rodent somewhere inside the system. Sadly, our hunch was right! They spent a lot of time cleaning ducts and taking care of our poor deceased rodent and recommended a fixes we could do ourselves to better seal our ducts and improve air flow. Although the service was not the cheapest, it was well worth the money. Also, I believe that you get what you pay for. I would highly recommend these guys!

More importantly, the fact that our newly installed unit comes with a guarantee provided us with a peace of mind. I decided to write a thank you to this company for insuring commitment as they fulfilled their promised work, since I was concerned that they might have lost us in the shuffle because it has been a busy day for them. I also want to say thank you because the technician did a nice job as he was efficient, informative and professional regarding his work. I have had the service of this company to install a new thermostat for our air conditioning system. The technician was a competent professional and I enjoyed his service. The quality of his work was superb. I complement this company for hiring such a high calibre personal. We would like to have them do our ac problems in the future if possible.

The total cost of the service performed was surprisingly less than the quote I received. This was definitely the best deal and has givenme a little bit of savings. The quality of work was better than expected and even though there was an unexpected problem along the way, the technician did something unexpected – he stood his ground and then continued with his work. Best of all, he made sure to stand behind his work and promised to come when something goes wrong, which he did when suddenly the pump stopped working. I have no regrets with the service.

Ok. So I didn’t know the importance of having clean ducts but I do now! They were on time and have saved us a lot of trouble from cleaning the ducts. They also saved our house and even our loves from potential danger. They were able to suck out lots of lint and dust, that i was sick when I saw it. The lint and dust was packed tight inside plastic bags and was taken with them as they left after they cleaned our ducts. Thank you! I will gladly recommend you!

I picked these guys because of the reviews. I called them and set up an appointment. The technician came up on time and totally cleaned out our clogged dryer vent. Saw what he pulled out and I was disgusted on the huge amount of lint and dust that have accumulated inside our vents. No wonder why our dyer wasn’t drying properly. Very polite. This is the kind of business I love to recommend and support.

They charged me extra $200 for some mold killing spray.

Sadly, I don’t believe the word “honesty” is something tradesmen are familiar with. However, not everything is set in stone. The ac in our home went fritz! The first company I called told us that we should replace the unit and gave us almost $5000 quote for the unit and labor. I then made some research and called this company for a second opinion. The technician came on the same day and diagnosed our ac. apparently; it was just a capacitor problem – no need to replace the entire system. I was surprised at his honesty. I would happily recommend these guys.

First and foremost, it was a person who answered my call. Second, they offered a schedule the next day. Third, they respected my time and worked around my schedule. Fourth, they were on time for the service. Fifth, great at communication on the phone and on the spot. I will definitely use them again.

Everything about this company is super! The person who did the estimate was on time and professional. The installers who installed the new door were very skilled, experienced and prompt. The door itself has been working very well ever since it was installed. I recommend them to anyone looking for AC installation.

My ac is now completely clean, problem free and noise free and thanks to this company and their technician. The technician was very pleasant,friendly and answered my queries. He also told us about the benefits of having a clean and problem free ac. I appreciate his diligence and the quality service of this certified technician. He really helped us a lot.

I got home around 4:30 and realized that my ac had gone out. Called and technician was here before 6:00. He was very friendly and courteous and was able to get my ac up and running for the night until he was able to provide a permanent fix by the next day. And with a very hot summer night, this service was much appreciated!
