So this company was recommended by my friend and the service was very good. They were tasked to tear down our old insulation and replace it with new ones. It was a big job but it was done beautifully. The foreman sat down with us and explained the process. We booked the service for more than a week and the result was worth it. One of my friends had their ducts cleaned by these guys and was praising them for their work. Thus, I had them come as well. I compared prices and was very pleased with their estimate. Customer service was present and they weren’t annoying because they never tried to upsell their other services. I like how they cleaned our ducts, especially after showing me the results of their work. It was a praiseworthy work. The insides of our ducts were very clean! Plus, they cleaned up after their work.

When we moved in last spring, we never considered getting a new AC because the old one seems to work properly. However, when summer came, we realized that the AC system was too old and faulty. A few days, after we turned it on, the AC overheated and wasn’t able to work anymore. Without the ac, the summer would be terrible. It was over 90 degrees and the house was so hot. This company was able to install a new unit for us. The AC they have installed runs fantastically and is able to keep our house cool. There were no complaints or issues ever since the install.

I had a major install done by these guys and it couldn’t have gone better. It was a very friendly service and the technician was very intelligent and worked carefully and quickly. Also, they didn’t force me to install the more expensive brands and they aligned me with the cheaper models after telling them my budget. I would highly recommend them to my friends!

I have already learned my lesson. When it comes to fixing ac problems, I wouldn’t call anyone else. I did a few months ago, when Quality Air wasn’t able to service. But in the end, I had to call them again because the company that came to fix my AC wasn’t able to fix anything at all. Worse, it was expensive and I had to buy a new thermostat for it. However, Quality Air told me that a new thermostat wasn’t necessary and they just need to fix the condenser coils in order to fix my ac. To add insult to injury, the service didn’t cost much. I was really tricked by that company. Good thing Quality Air is very honest and reliable.

Quality Air has provided a great service. They were able to fix the mess a different company did after installing our new unit. The on call technician was promptly returned my call and helped me do a quick diagnostic over the phone. He also ordered the necessary part and scheduled the repair within the week or as soon as the part arrives. Fortunately, the part was delivered early and he notified me immediately to move up the repair ahead of schedule. This prompt service saved us from a house that was becoming hotter and hotter with every passing day.

Passed with flying colors! I scheduled an appointment 3 days prior and called 2 days in advance for confirmation. I gave them all the correct details and they gave me an appointment window from 9 in the morning till noon. By 11:15, the technician came went to service my ac as promised. You only get one chance to make a first impression and they were able to leave a good one!

Splendid performance! They left me as a satisfied customer. I own 2 separate properties, my own home and a rental property. I asked them to come and install an air conditioning system on both properties and the price has been reasonable. The technician who serviced both properties was very excellent, friendly and professional. Scheduling the property has been very easy and the people from the office were very nice and efficient. I have zero complaints when it comes to their price or service.

Tech was supposed to call before coming but did not and was 1 hr late. He blew out drain line with compressed air and told me I needed 2 lbs of freon. He also advised I needed a new float valve, cost $183. I said no. Unit continued to leak the next day. I checked float valve and it worked just fine. I called the office and was told, "He said he told you you need a new coil." He did not tell me that. He then was scheduled to show up later in the day. No show, no call. I got another company to fix the real problem which was a cracked condensation collection pan.

We called our home insurance company to send technicians that will help fix and clean our dryer. The guys they sent were clueless and did nothing to resolve our problem. We called the guys and they came out the next day to fix our dryer and thoroughly clean the vent. Very professional and punctual. I would recommend them to others.
