We had trouble with our AC and called this company for aid. Right at the bat, I experience polite, professional and prompt customer service. The personnel (both on the phone and the service guy) were informative and had my interest in mind. They did everything they could to make sure I was pleased with their service. I appreciate what this company did, especially since the AC was fixed without bleeding my wallet. Technician did a great job in making sure he do what was only needed. Thank you.

They had excellent service and it felt like they are very reliable and fair! We had our ac maintenance and the service guy came out on time. They are very excellent tradesmen based on their knowledge, skills, honesty, reliability, price and fairness. What sets them apart others is their ability to listen and comply with what their customers want. We have a very old air conditioning unit that needed some repairs, while other companies suggest an upgrade or replacement, they offered to check our unit and see if they would be able to do something to make it work. With all honesty they were able to determine the cause and found a suitable solution that was way, WAY cheaper than upgrading or replacing it.

The guys from Quality Air of America transformed our attic 180 from dirty, smelly and hot to clean, cool and comfortable. They removed the insulation and completely disinfected the attic. They were also professional, clean and respectful. They took photos before and after so that we could see the results.

Contractor paid a visit yesterday to check up on our air conditioning unit. He thoroughly checked the workings of the unit, cleaned it and did a minor fix without additional cost. The technician is a very outstanding serviceman. He was a master detective that was able to determine the problem of my Trane unit. He came out to do repair and routine maintenance and it felt like he was able to complete it like how it should be. Immediate service was delivered when I asked them to check my non-working air conditioning unit. They were responsive and excellent with communication. Impressive guys for coming out quickly and cleaning our ducts in an hour and a half now I have cleaner and fresher air circulating inside the house. Very affordable as well and service was honest! It’s crazy to think that people don’t understand the importance of regularly cleaning their ducts and they helped me understand this thing. You have to call these guys!

Thanks you! I called for an appointment and the next day, one of their guys to clean my dryer vent. He was professional and answered my concern. He was in and out in less than an hour. WOW! Talk about fast. What’s more convenient about the service was that he cleaned up after and took with him all the lint he has gathered from our dryer vent. So if your dryer vent needs cleaning, I highly recommend this place.

their technician showed up hours late. once at the house i wasn't home but was able to speak to him over the phone. he said if i wanted to replace the air I needed to give him an answer immediately over the phone. September of 2016 representative from the company showed up late. there was no call to inform the customer (myself) that they were running late. when the representative presented himself he gave my wife and i an estimate for replacing the AC. He delivered the estimate in the form of an ultimatum. He made it clear the estimate was only good until he walked out my door and the service needed to be agreed upon immediately or the price would change. June 2017 I receive a call from a representative from quality air of america asking as to why i had given them a negative review. Although, the call came 9 months later I do appreciate that someone reached out to improve their service. I will change my scale score from a D to a C. Fair.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! You ought to trust these guys! They claimed to come on the same day and they did. They claimed to fix my ac and they did. They claimed to solve the problem and make sure it wouldn’t act up again and they did. Great customer service.

I don’t know about other places but this one is not lacking when it comes to the customer service department. I called them to check out my unit and the guy at the other end sounded like my problem was his and immediately scheduled an appointment for that day. After a few moments later, this other guy came and courteously exchanged pleasantries with me and then proceeded with the repairs. He worked carefully, removed his boots as he entered the house and covered his work area. He didn’t bother to upsell additional service and was very honest with his repairs. It was a very impressive customer service that I promised myself to take my business here again the future.

I am very pleased with their service. It was a huge problem that was fixed easily. They worked hard for the sake of their customers and the 2 guys were neat, polite, knowledgeable, courteous and skilled. We had a couple of contractors come over to check our system but only they found the solution to our problem. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Really, really good guys! The ac wasn?t working properly and I asked them to had it checked, diagnosed and repaired. Technician came in the next day after I spoke with their friendly representative over the phone. He was able to fix the problem after telling me our mistakes as a home owner without making us feel ignorant or stupid. He is also an honest guy ? honest in terms of pricing as well as explaining the problem. I would highly recommend them to my friends.

When my ac broke, I called several companies that promised immediate repair. Sadly, no one showed up. I was frustrated until a friend gave me the number to Quality Air. I gave them a try and it worked. The technician arrived immediately and fixed my ac. I trust them since they were the only ones who came. Furthermore, the service was very polite and professional. This is what companies needed in order to thrive in this industry.

The technician identified the problem with cooling was related to having old units. He suggested to change it. The next day, the people who came to do the work were actually not from his company . They arrived at noon and stayed very late into the evening that I did not appreciate. The problem was not solved!! It turned out that the problem was actually the thermostat only. So I went into a huge expense of changing 2 units instead of just changing the thermostat!!! The technician was very nice and available whenever I contacted him but I felt that he convinced me to make a big expense that was not necessary.
