I found Quality Air of America through a friend of a friend as I was looking for a local ac company to hook me up with a new ac.To my surprise, the company is good ? the products and service were remarkable. The quote was competitive and the customer service was great. They took note of my concerns and tailored an installation to match it. Consider this company, it?s worth it!

Very happy with the service received from this company. The response to my inquiry was timely. Even though I love out of town, they were more than happy to serve. They gave me a quote for the installation and it was scheduled quickly. The install was organized quickly and it was a first class service – installing a large and heavy air conditioning system into our newly built house.

My family and I were very pleased when the technician came out! He came to fix our old air conditioner and check whether or not the Freon levels of unit is still enough. This was done last year and since it was a very old unit, he had a difficult time trying to figure out the problem. Good thing he was diligent, experienced and skilled enough and was able to locate the real problem and fix it.

It was the first duct cleaning we have in a while. The 2 guys they sent were courteous, friendly and answered my questions (which was a lot). They also completed the service at a very reasonable price. I would strongly recommend them. The one thing that pleased me the most is their willingness to share their experience and knowledge to us. Glad that we learned a lot from them and we are very happy with the work performed.

This company recently carried out an installation for us. They installed a new Trane air conditioning system and duct work in our building and it was well-managed, on sched and according to the agreed price. We are very happy with the results. Yes, it took some time but they had to in order to properly circulate cool air inside the building. When we experience some noise post installation, they were quick to return and fix the problem. We will recommend them for sure.

This is a company that is professional, organized and very much customer oriented. We required someone to attend to our needs at a very short notice and asked them to come on our terms in order to prevent disruptions on our daily work, which they complied without fuss or additional fee. Very pleased with the work carried out by this company – the ac equipment we bought was installed with very minimum disruptions to the office or mess in the work area. What pleased me the most was their precise timetable – from the arrival to the completion of the installation. When we decided to install more ac equipment, we didn’t bother looking for other companies. We were more than happy to have them again.

The installation was very smooth and the outcome was very good. There was no problem with the installation and the fact that they were able to complete the installation on a holiday as well as on a short notice was much appreciated. I’d like to praise them on their work. The installed a central air conditioning system on our office and throughout the process, they have shown a high standards in planning, execution and customer service. And this resulted to a pleasing experience and an installation that was completed without failure or incident. During the installation period, the technicians showed cleverness and attention to our health and safety. So far, this company has given me 5 star service under the most horrible condition. And for this, I am eternally grateful. Summer is often a chaotic and busy time for ac companies, which is why it was super nice that they were able to come and fix amidst the urgent calls they are getting. The technician was professional, courteous and gave our AC a good rundown and repair – h even improved and maintained it. I will call them again if my AC dies. Before I forget, they don’t overcharge.

They did an excellent job in explaining the options available when I was selecting for a new air conditioner for our house since our old one was beyond repair. They were very patient, especially the gentleman who came for estimate, inspection and answered my questions. The install team also did a great job. They also cleaned the ducts to make sure air quality inside the house improves. They even placed canvass runner and cloths in order to protect our floor and furniture.

They have great customer service and were very honest bunch. Aside from cleaning our dryer they also made sure that it was silent. They also replace the cheap dryer hose! I will call them again!
