Amazing job. Very flexible working to replace our storm damaged liner amid weeks of rain that kept the ground saturated.

They did a great job of getting our pool back to normal after the storm. They removed all the debris from our pool area.

We had our vinyl pool liner replaced by Payne. Great price and excellent service. All persons associated with Payne were very professional and provided excellent customer service. Payne gave us a tentative start date and started project two weeks earlier. Replacement completed ahead of schedule.

We've only had a week of service, but so far: on time, and delivered as promised. I will update if anything changes, but I don't foresee that occurring.

Update as of April 9, 2019 - Please see below for this update for my initial review. On March 27, I was unsure what else to do so posted the initial review shown below and called Home Advisor for guidance. Home Advisor was great every step of the way. Within hours of my posting the negative review, low and behold Sanders showed up and called to tell me he was unhappy that I left him a bad review. I explained he has been blowing us off since November and we don't know what else to do, so I am glad we posted the review and got him to come out to address the issues. He fixed the chlorinator while he was here and told me the wrinkles were chemical wrinkles. I called two other pool companies, one of which came out to look at the pool. The one that came out said chemical wrinkles are unlikely but there is no way to prove if the liner was installed incorrectly or if the wrinkles are chemical wrinkles since it has been 5 months. He stated that the liner installer (Payne Pools) should have come out when wrinkles were first noticed and tested the water if chemical wrinkles were suspected. Since vinyl has a memory nothing can be done at this point short of replacing the liner, but if Payne Pools had come out in November a half drain/plunger method would most likely have taken care of the liner. This method is also much cheaper than replacing the liner. I spoke to another pool company and was told chemical wrinkles are very rare but can be removed with a half drain/plunger method if caught early. This company also stated there is nothing to do short of replacing the liner since the wrinkles have been in the liner for 5 months now. I notified Sanders via text multiple times starting November 24 and asked him to please look at the wrinkles and see what was happening. I also emailed him and called multiple times over the 5 months. My husband even called a few times once Sanders stopped answering my calls. If he had come out and checked the wrinkles when they formed, as he said he would, we would not have this situation. He offered no solution other than telling me via text to delete my review and that the slow communication did not mean job was done faulty. I informed him I would update the review but not delete it. I paid him promptly for his work and trusted him, and honestly at this point I wish I had gone with a company that did not ignore you once your checks cleared. Initial review: Initially very friendly and walked through pool care with me. Have had noticeable wrinkles on the pool and it is leaking water. I have texts going back to November, less than 6 months after the new liner was installed, saying he would have it looked at and fixed. I cannot get him to come out or send his tech. We paid our invoices promptly and should not have problems with a liner so soon after it was installed. Not sure what to do to get them to fix it as Sanders says he will have someone out "this week"and never sends anyone. Our chlorinator, which he also installed when they broke the other one, is not working. Hoping Home Advisor can help get them to do the right thing and fix the work they did.

Payne Pools is very professional and did an outstanding job on replacing our pool liner. Would recommend them to anyone looking for pool repairs. Because of the stellar service ended up hiring them for my weekly pool maintenance.
