Hired them to get a clog out of my skimmer line that I fought with for 2 weeks while watching my pool turn greener by the day. Was given a fair flat rate over the phone and was told if they couldn't get it out there would be no charge. They were successful and my pool is pretty again! Great job!

WHAT A NIGHTMARE. GO TO TWO OTHER VERY FAMOUS REVIEW SITES (ONE FROM THE MOST FAMOUS SEARCH ENGINE, THE OTHER STARTS WITH Y) TO SEE MY PHOTOS. My liner was replaced by Payne Pool Professionals in March. In April I notified them of several issues (wrinkles, track defects, cap missing on stair strip,water in light, loose tile, gaps.) Around the same time I notified them of a leak. Sanders said someone would be out within 4 weeks. Six weeks passed. I contacted them him again. Steve came in June. He fixed the missing cap/cracks, sealed both lights, said he would monitor the leak and come back for the wrinkles. He said there was not much to be done about the track. I contacted John numerous times about the persistent leak and wrinkles. I saw Steve a few times up until early July. My son texted John on my behalf in August to check the status. He replied that they were working on it. Several weeks passed. Had not heard from anyone. In September my son texted John again. He replied that he had talked to me and thought the leak was fixed. I was shocked! A leak had not even been found, much less fixed. John said he would send divers. We waited another week. No divers came. At that point (almost 5 months later) that I called Navarre Leak Detection, who came the next morning. They quickly found a **very large** leak at the bottom of the steps from what appeared to be a stretched screw hole, and which was determined to be the fault of Payne Pool Professionals. I hadn not been in the pool so I decided to get in to take a look from the inside. I discovered large portions of loose track that are not screwed down. There are large gaps between the track and wall, large enough to fit half of my hand behind. The skimmer at the deep end is recessed and not in line with the tile and the screws at the top of both skimmers have rusted. A couple of places are broken and have been repaired with some type of epoxy. There are pebbles, rocks, divots,bubbles and other rough and uneven areas under the liner in many areas of the pool. It is hard to capture all of the defects, especially in the deep end because my light has filled back up with water and no longer works. I did not have any of these issues before the liner replacement. I contacted Sanders to inform him that the leak had been found and of the additional issues. He sent Robert and Steve over to meet with my son. My son tells me that Robert says **I am being â nit-picky** and that the defects are normal. A resolution was not reached and I am told Robert stormed out. Steve said they would be in touch. A couple of weeks passed. We heard from no one. My son texted Steve to see if he had talked to Sanders about a resolution. Steve replied that there WAS a resolution and that he would be calling the next day. He texted back a couple of days later to say that Sanders offers no resolution. Sanders did send me a check to reimburse me for leak detection. After seeing my negative review on a famous social media site, Robert did comment and ask me to contact him the following week when he would be back in town. I called and left him a message. I asked that he return my call if they were willing to settle this matter. He never called me back. I took the pictures to a local pool company and talked to two professionals. They did not want to involve themselves but said they believe the pebbles and rocks will eventually make their way through the liner. One of them made the remark ** I am glad we did not do this job** When Sanders came in January to give the job estimate he said he would put a new track on because with age they tend to get brittle and whatnot. However, the old track was put back on. The quote and invoice state Replace track. I asked Sanders about it after the job was completed. He said they were worded incorrectly, and that he would not refund the money. This is the first time that I have given a negative review of any com...

I highly recommend Payne Pool Services. I was working with James the Sales Manager. He was quick to respond and came check out my issues in a timely manner. Also, there prices are VERY reasonable.

Stay away from this company. Owner is pretty much non-existent and Jason constantly has excuses and acts like he is the owner. I mean he takes all the calls, which is sad when you want to complain about him. Started cleaning pool in April then disappeared for almost a month. Finally got pool cleaned in July and low and behold, I all of a sudden have a leak. All this for a free month of cleaning after over 90 days to get pool right. Then two weeks into free month they do not show, so disorganized. I really do not see how this place stays in business. I also had my sand changed out and they pumped it on my yard and said they do not take the sand away. Run away as fast as you can!!!!

Great to work with

Sanders and John are both men of their word. Which is hard to come by this day and time. The project was smooth from start to finish. They gave you a schedule from the beginning of the pool building project and updated you daily with progress and what to expect the next day. They made sure all your questions and concerns were answered. I would recommend Payne Pool Professionals for anyone looking for a pool builder...Excellent company.

They are very professional when my pool sprung a leak they wanted to fix it but were unable because the entire liner needed to be replaced, I assured them that I would continue their service.

The pool clean was good. The trash on the bottom of the pool was cleaned up but my pool was cloudy. The stuff on the bottom of the pool was mixed up and it caused the water to turn cloudy. On top of the one time pool clean I will now have to get a clarifying treatment done. Was not expecting that. All they did was vacuum the bottom of the pool . I was hopping the water would be clean and clear when done and paying 100$ for a one time clean. A few products were added to my pool but it was still cloudy. At least they got the large pine straw and leaves from the bottom. Slightly disappointed for the price. Robert did clean all the stuff off the bottom he even made the statement that he did not like leaving it cloudy but it would require a second visit. I guess I was just hopping a one time clean meant the pool would be ready to swim in. It was not green it just had a lot of pine straw and leaves in the bottom.

Sanders was extremely helpful in explaining the startup of the pool with it's newly plastered pool surface. The pool looks beautiful.

Both Sander and Steve were excellent representatives of the company. Well mannered and went about their business efficiently. Very careful and excellent cleanup. Would highly recommend.
