Description of Work: Gentleman who contacted me after leaving a message with the Callback service said he would come by and do an estimate. He never showed up. I then called them twice a day for a week and he never answered or returned my calls. Terrible service

Description of Work: Replaced leaking boot around a vent pipe. Workers were careful not to allow debris to roll off roof into air conditioning unit below

Description of Work: Called company for roof repair, responded by sending someone out while we were not at home. The gentleman then called and gave me an estimate on work I had not ask him about and his estimate included only looking at the problem I had, and not fixing it. We were very disappointed with the first 4 companies on Angies List, they either didn't even call back or did what this company did. Professional Roofing sent someone out, we got an estimate, agreed on the price, but could never get them out here. My husband ended up doing the repair himself. We did call a different company to shingle our porch roof, their name is Quality Roofing, they did an amazing job. The work was top notch, they were on time, priced great. They picked up after themselves without my asking, really great to work with. We will be doing a new roof and siding next year and we will be using this company. I recommend this company to everyone, they get all As from us.

Description of Work: Quickly got back to us. Gave a very fair estimate. Did exactly what asked and then a little extra at no extra charge. Very knowledgable about what the problem was and exactly how to fix it. He scheduled us in quickly even though he was busy. Got to it a day early, actually. Very pleased with their work. Thank you and would recommend to anyone.

Description of Work: Owner of the business responded right away and made an appointment for the next day He arrived with a crew and ready to do what what was needed. He gave us a estimate for repair or replace. Explained the benefits of both and did the job. He stayed within the estimated amount. No mess left behind.

Description of Work: Roofing shingles were replaced in two spots after leaks were discovered during heavy rain.
