Description of Work: I used their website, entered my information. I was not sure my information was received so I called and left a voicemail. No response to either phone or email. |I got the reference from a friend who was very satisfied. But this is a strange situation. Are they still in business???

Description of Work: Tried to get an estimate for work. Bob came out and came up with some good ideas, provided a sketch to use for estimate but never followed up. Had all kinds of reasons (lost in Ipad's, Car Problems, Email was possibly spammed). Too bad, seemed like a good guy. Must not need work.

Description of Work: I first saw this provider advertised in the Angie's List magazine we received in the mail this week. I called the number listed in the ad. "I'm sorry, this number is not able to take calls at this time". So, I went online to Angie's List and searched for Paver companies. This provider has the top listing. I sent an e-mail thru the site. Have not received a response. I went to their web site. Called the phone number listed (the same one listed in ad). Also attempted to contact thru email link on web site. Not working. Assuming company is out of business? UPDATE: I HAVE JUST TODAY RECEIVED AN E-MAIL FROM THIS PROVIDER.

Description of Work: They were very efficient to review the project and give me an estimate. I contacted them (left voice message) to arrange for a date. They did not call back. I tried to contact them an additional three of four times - again no response. I cannot recommend this company.

+ -1 moreThey arrived when they said they would and the work seemed fine. But there was a problem around two sprinklers and some of the edging came away where it met the driveway. We had problems getting back in touch with them for two weeks with phone calls not returned, etc.. Finally we received an email from them and was able to get things cleared up after that.
Description of Work: Front side walk and porch, rear patio.

+ -1 moreWith the risk of repeating myself; with pleasure Craig, his wife Pauline and crew pride themselves with integrity which is something you do not find anymore. They took pride from the beginning to see to it that i was completely satisfied and also kept me up to date; as to when the job will be started and completed. They returned any and all phone calls without hesitation and promptly. Craig helped me with information on what i should consider on putting down on my slab and led me to the showroom; to see for myself; what was available. He has great patience with his customers and very pleasant to speak with. Overall my experience has been good with LCJ Pavers.
Description of Work: Craig and his crew; installed pavers on a 32 ft. x 16 ft concrete slab. It was done with efficiency and professionalism He delivered what he promised and when he promised He and his lovely wife are very conscientious individuals who treat their clients as they themselves; would like to be treated. Last minute changes i wanted were done without hesitation Craig is eager to please and a true Gentlemen. I would definitely not hesitate to rehire LCJ Pavers or recommend them to others.

+ 0 moreThis is the kind of business that Angie's List was made to promote. We are so pleased with the finished project. We have a beautiful porch and walkway. They did everything as planned and agreed upon and the quote and communication was clear and efficient. The process was quick and painless. Craig and Pauline were a pleasure to work with and we would hire them again in a minute! This is a professional operation. The completed work is very attractive and they understood how to use the pavers to create just what I was seeking and imagining.....This work is an art when done well. I am so pleased that we found these skilled experienced professionals to do this work for us. If you really CARE about your project and want to love your finished porch/patio/driveway, I recommend you call LCJ Brick Paving.
Description of Work: We expanded our front porch and walkway. We also had a new walkway installed in our backyard with pavers to match an existing space.
