Great. They were punctual, friendly, visionary and honest. I set up meetings with 8 different contractors and only 3 showed up. Bob was one of them and I am so glad he did. Seriously, keep this guy's info handy.

Have not heard back yet after 10 days! I know everyone is busy, but throw me a bone here! 10/07/14 Still no response, must not need the work.

Bob was responsive and got us on his list to do very quickly. Went smoothly. Only took only one day to do my paver patio. They arrived promptly at 8am and were done by 6pm. Bob's guys were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Great job and will definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

I contact this person one time, talked to him. The rest was by text message informing that he was going to be by my area at certain time, I tried to call him, left message and never returned my call. i don't need people like this, if they don't have interest, they should let me know. I am very dissapointed

We had an excellent experience with LCJ Brick Pavers. At our initial meeting, the owner brought an ipad loaded with examples of projects he completed. He spent several hours with us, and gave us a fair estimate. We received estimates from two other companies that were comparable, but both of those companies spent less than 30 minutes with us. We were extremely pleased with the quality of work and professionalism. He worked ahead of schedule, and amazingly, came in slightly under estimate! Really positive experience!

It was good. The price that they gave me was accurate, they did a great job. Everything they said they would do they did. They followed up on it.

It went right. I liked the quality of what they delivered the creativity of the work they did.They did that in August. They laid down concrete brick pavers on the driveway and two entry posts . It cost seven thousand five hundred.

Called local and coporate number no call back after 3 days, the wesite email contact does not work

It went very well. Two representatives met with us on a Saturday and spent a good amount of time inspecting our home and pointing out many of the portals where animals could gain access to attic area. A service person was sent the next week to set traps for animal in attic. No animal was trapped after several checks, and so the house was sealed.

His quote was a little bit high priced and he did try to tell us he'd do everything in our pool area. He was very personable and he was very thorough. My husband really felt that he was going to do a really good job. It was just a higher quote, for me it was excessive, and we're not prepared to do that much work at this time, so we didn't accepted the estimate. He was very informative, gave a lot of options, alternatives, tips,seemed very knowledgeable about his business, really trade what he had, and dependable work employee. We really like him. My husband really wanted to do business with him but it's just too much money at this time and we have other things we need to do in our obviously and that's too much for us to do all at one time.

Bob the owner of the company came and gave the estimate and stuck to his price. I had got two other estimates but they didn't seem to know much about helping with designs or colors. Bob helped us pick paver colors and design patterns. We have our driveway and walkway done in different designs. He had the idea to make a special place for our park bench connecting to our walkway. He also suggested a walkway to the side of our house. His workers do all of the work. He does not outsource any of the job. The workers were very friendly and professional and really knew what they were doing. We also had some sod work done near the driveway which really was done well. Our house went from a regular house to a showplace. We are well pleased with the work done. I give LCJ an A+ rating..

I?m sure this company does good work if the reviews on Angie's List are anything to go by and the owner Bob Combs seems to be a personable guy BUT their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! In the 2 months since I agreed to hire them to extend my driveway and install a patio I have managed to get Mr. Combs to pick up his phone once and respond to one email. Both times he apologized for the delay in starting the work at my house and said he would, ?weather permitting start work next week?. Unfortunately next week never came. The last time Mr. Combs communicated with me was July 16th. We agreed on price on June 4th 2012 and I finally gave up on them today August 3rd 2012. Patience is a virtue but Mr. Combs has worn it out.

We knew this would be a big job so we did research and obtained several estimates. Bob was detailed in his estimate and also provided a very informative sketch. Their price was also one of the lowest. His plan was unique and intriguing. He was always very responsive either via phone, email or text, both in the days leading up to starting the project as well as during construction. The crew that worked on site was professional and courteous as well as extremely talented when it came to brick cutting and placement. We could not possibly be more happy with the job. We had a few items come up along the way that were not in the original scope but Mike and his crew were extremely accommodating and very attentive to us being overall pleased with the end result. We live in an area that has a large deer population and Bob did his research to provide us with plantings that would be the least appealing to our woodland neighbors. We are excited to have this new addition to our outdoor living space and highly recommend this company!!

Craig got in touch with me immediately and arranged for an estimate. His estimate was very fair and reasonable. I needed my original pavers on my driveway that were stained with oil removed and replaced. I told him I wanted to go to the paver place and actually verify the color of paver replacements because I wasn't exactly sure of the name of the pavers. Once I was able to confirm the correct color of the pavers, he came with his crew and removed all my stained pavers. He then replaced them with the new pavers and cleaned up everything when they were done. I was quite impressed with the work that was preformed. I read on an earlier post saying they thought Craig's price was high. Omg, I thought they're pricing structure was excellent. The work was preformed quickly and thoroughly. Happy camper. I would definitely use LCJ Paving again. I wish everyone I hired was this efficient! I would give them an A+++ if I could.

He was a very nice guy but was a little too expensive for me. Overall, my experience with him was fine. I have still not gotten the work done. I would consider using him in the future if the price is a little more reasonable.

Whenever I set out to have a project done, I always study up on the subject. So after doing my research, I got quotes from at least 4 different paver companies to remove grass in my back and side yard and install pavers. We choose LCJ Pavers for three reasons. The first reason was their standard quality of work was of a higher quality than the other companies we spoke to. As an example, LCJ Pavers was the only company that automatically said they put at least 4" of concrete aggravate below the pavers. My research taught me that 4" of concrete aggravate was the mininum industry standard, by the way... even in Florida. All the other companies we got quotes from said they only install 1 1/2" to 2" inches of concrete aggravate... and gave me some story about how "in Florida you don't need as much concrete aggravate below the pavers." The fact is, putting in extra concrete aggravate requires a lot more work, because it means they have to dig deeper and remove more earth to make room for the extra inches of aggravate below the pavers. Be sure to ask your paver installer how much concrete aggravate they use. The second reason we chose LCJ Pavers was the fact they were reasonably priced, especially considering their quality of work.. The third reason had to do with the friendly polite attitude of the owners... and my intuitive feel that they were the type of people where customer satisfaction was very important.... not to mention I felt they'd be able to deal with my pickiness. So after agreeing on the price, they set a date. They arrived on time.... and finished the project when they said they would. The project took all of two days. The workmenship was excellent. I had them back to replace a few bricks that had blemishes, which I didn't notice until after they left. And I had to wait a couple weeks for them to return, as we played a little phone tag due to their busy schedule. However, the owner made up for that when he returned to swap out the bricks. He was very gracious and polite and didn't question my pickiness... at all. I was very pleased with the overall experience, and would recommend them to anyone.

They were great. We were waiting for HOH to approve it. When HOH approved it, we contacted them and they were going to be out of the country for two weeks. We are in the second week of it. They have to call us and we will schedule it. They were nice and gentle. They were nice and prompt. Whenever they said they would send something, they sent it. He was a nice man. He was very punctual. I would use him in the future. SEE UPDATE BELOW!! Long story short The job was finally complete Sept 19th. On Oct 2nd I received a certified letter stating a lien had been placed on my property because LCJ owed for materials used on the property. After a quick phone call to LCJ, they stated they would supply a release form stating his bill had been paid by weeks end. When this is complete, I will update again. As promised the letter was sent showing the release form arrived. We later learned this was part of the normal procedure for this type of work. We had never heard of it or experienced it. We own 5 properties and do work on all of but have never received a lien letter. In the end the job was done and we are pleased with the service and follow-up by LCJ Brick Paving.

They were not the best at returning phone calls. They did an excellent job with the pavers around my pool area. They were very efficient and professional. One negitive would be the lots and lots of dust from cutting pavers that was left behind.

They came out at about 8:30 and the job was completed around 3pm. They did the following: 1. Put in crushed concrete to fill in the gaps between the existing concrete slabs. 2. Removed some of the concrete slap to match the height of our driveway. 3. Put sand in between the cracks of the bricks. 4. Hosed off the extra sand when the job was finished. ***UPDATE*** We had a non-related plumbing emergency and thankfully, LCJ marked the brick over the outtake so we were able to access the main pipe for the house. We would have been in major trouble if they had not done that so thank you! :)

Excellent. One of the fastest deliveries ever. Clean, organized and professional. Great value for the price also. I am planning on calling them for another project really soon
