Description of Work: Installed backsplash in kitchen. Mr. Chris' did an excellent job. He was extremely punctual. She showed up at my door two minutes prior to the time that he said he would be there, both when he came to do the estimate and whe he showed up to do the work. He was professional; and completed the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend his services and would hire him again.

Description of Work: I had him move the garbage disposal switch from a wall far from the sink to a switch under the sink. It was a pretty simple and straight forward job that he performed quickly and efficiently.

+ 1 moreChris had given us a price per project as opposed to an hourly rate (which would have been our preference). He arrived slightly earlier than scheduled which was fine. He worked about a total of 7 hours and 15 minutes and the charge was $640. That comes out to an hourly rate slightly above $88/hour, which we felt was high for a handyman. He could not correctly install the screen door, which my wife had to discover before he left as opposed to him telling us that. He did not install the screw covers on the inside of the french door saying he did not want to get them dirty. The threshold of the french door had no support in the garage and will buckle with time unless we build something to support it. He is a very pleasant man. We just felt the hourly rate was high compared to his skill level.
Description of Work: He installed two sets of lights in the foyer; installed a french door from the family room to the garage; tried to install a screen door; repaired the lower portion of the screen on a porch; installed a pet door for our cats.

+ 0 moreThe guy is tops in my book. He did a fantastic job and he was there on time and had to go to lowe's to get a electrical box for the light in the bathroom. When he finished with that he mounted the TV on the wall and cleaned up the small mess and he was done. This guy wasn't in my house more than a hour and he was gone. very efficient !!! I couldn't be happer with his performance.
Description of Work: I have a three tier light that was fallig off the wall in the bathroom that he fixed and I bought a new 26" flat screen TV that I wanted mounted on the wall.

Description of Work: Chris has done several jobs for me to include interior & exterior painting, plumbing, and installing light fixtures. All of his work has been excellent, and he is always on time. He's very friendly and professional. He's also as honest as the day is long, a veteran, and doesn't waste anytime. Besides doing very good work, his fees are very reasonable.
