Great! Chris is hard-working and takes great pride in his work. He genuinely cares about doing a good job. He came out and gave us an estimate, we agreed on the work and he came out when expected to do the work. Once he started the job, we realized one of my fence posts were loose and he fixed that as well. Thanks!

STATED WORK ON THE 2nd MORNING AFTER I MADE THE CALL FOR AN ESTIMENT. ARRIVED AT SET TIME AND STARTED TO WORK BEFORE I COULD GET OUT THE DOOR TO GREET HIM. WASTED NO TIME IN REPLACING THE GABLE VENTS ON BOTH ENDS OF MY HOUSE. GREAT JOB! WITHOUT DELAY HE STARTED TO SEAL ALL THE LIKES I HAD ON A METAL SHED ROOF AND SEALED ALL THE SCREWS. VERY PLESANT AND HARD WORKING PERSON. IWILL HIRE HIM AGAINE IN AN INSTANT.

Love this guy !!! He's prompt, friendly and trustworthy. I would have no problem leaving him alone, I don't even ask for an estimate because I know he will be fair. I just note that he only excepts checks I would've liked more options other than that he is great.

He did very extremely well. He showed up on time. We scheduled for him to look at the job then we set up a time for him to do the work and he came on time. He did a good job. His price was competitive.

Chris arrived early and spent two full days on this project. We gave him some general concepts and he provided us with some suggestions. Based on this early discussion, he completed the work expeditiously. He provided us with timely warning when he had to temporarily turn off the utilities. He purchased all the fixtures. His demolition work was fast and his project area was always in good condition. He is very trustworthy and even though he moved through the house we felt very safe and comfortable. We continue to utilize his services and often refer him to friends and other family members.

Chris was very quick to respond to my request for an estimate. He was polite and knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable with him. First, he gave me an estimate on the garage door repair and then I asked him about an estimate for some wood rot repair on my roof fascia and soffits. It was a rainy day so he couldn't really get up and see what needed to be done. He said he would come back and try to determine if there was any more wood rot that would need to be repaired. That was the last I heard of him until I called him back a week later and asked if he was still interested in repairing my door. I figured the roof job might have been more than he could handle alone. I was right. He apologized profusely for not getting back with me. It really was no problem since I had found a roofer who was more than willing to do the roof job. Chris came out on time and did my door repair but I need to call him back to fill a gap between the repair board and the edge of the door frame. I didn't see this when he was at my house but I am sure he will come back and caulk the gap to fix it for me.

It looks good. He did it per my specifications. I left him in the house by himself and was perfectly at ease doing so. He is very trustworthy.

He wanted to charge $75 for the new ceiling fan, which was too high, but he was responsive to my inquiry and took the time to talk to me.

Chris was professional and as stated all repairs and installations were done to perfection.

Chris was pleasant, professional , prompt and efficient. He had all the right tools and applied proven techniques to produce the best quality product. I will keep him in mind for future work.

If he can't do something he will tell you and give you the name of someone who can. Chris shows up on time, calls if he will be delayed and will let you know if there is a less expensive way of doing things you want done. He is honest and the best person we have ever had to work on any homes we have ever owned.

This was a "test" job repairing two gates to privacy fence. It was also an emergency in that I needed these fixed and looking good before an extended stay abroad. Chris was on time for estimate at 06:30; professional, courteous, neat. We agreed on price and nature of the repairs. To accommodate my schedule needs, he showed up 2 days later well before 6 a.m. So by the time I got around to checking on him, he'd already bought all the materials and the job was almost complete. Chris was very accommodating to my schedule, even coming a bit after hours at my request. As other reviews clearly state, he was prompt, professional and very pleasant!! The furniture, etc. was moved quickly and with no difficulty! Very impressed, Chris will definitely be called upon for additional jobs around the house!! Chris did a tremendous job! He did a quick estimate and completed the job in record time. We discussed options and he was able to meet all my expectations. We decided on plywood and he provide a flexible means to secure all the doors and windows. He completed all the work required.

I don't know if he's still in business because I left a message for him to come out and do an estimate on some drywall repair and I never received a call back.

I recommend this man for small jobs that others will not even come to give you an estimate for. He is always reliable, clean (appearance and verbal), is on time and does the job hired to do.

He responded within 24 hours and came to give me an estimate the next day. Scheduled start day and time and arrived ready to begin working. Also supplied me with a painting contractor to paint my new door and do interior painting. Worked quietly and steadily so was able to knock out my first list in one day. Less time than other workers I have utilized. Very nice and professional.
