Description of Work: I needed someone to inspect my pool pump and pool heater after experiencing a lightning hit to the house. They said they could do both with estimate. But when they came out, the tech. said he could not diagnose the pool heater and I would have to call another vendor who specializes in pool heaters. That is not what I was told when I asked about pump and heater capability/experience. Now I have to pay for 2 separate estimate charges, Aqua Blue for the pump and Universal (recommended by Aqua Blue)for the heater. I think I could have found 1 company / tech. for both. Feel I was misled and should have been told they could ONLY inspect the pool pump.

Description of Work: They came out and quoted to do some deck repairs. When I tried to call them to schedule the work they never called me back. After numerous attempts I finaly got a call from a receptionist who said they could do the work in 2 monthes. They originally said 2 weeks and it had already been 3 weeks. I ended up call someone else to do the work.

Description of Work: Aqua Blue Pools has been my pool service since november 2013. In april they took care of the yearly checkup of the filter, which required changing the inside. All my requests are either done by phone or email. They never failed. They show up and take care of things as requested. The charges are reasonable. |Pleasant and professional.

Description of Work: Called to get mypump serviced and Scott thought it might just be my filter. He had me run the pool with out the filter and everything worked. All I needed was a new filter. So he helped me and didn't even charge me.
