Stay away from this guy. Be sure you ask for the price before he starts anywhere. Extremely overpriced... he is charging $600 for a simple repair!

Austin was responsible and communication was fine. Work performed, so far, is fine. But unfortunately, the way M and M charge you is unjust. There are 2 ways to charge a customer....1. by parts cost and by labor[hours performed to complete the job]. Or, 2.there is a standard rate for each job performed, As an example, change a valve and labor is $125. Well if you want 4 valves changed, it will be $500 [4X$100], NOT, the cost of 4 valves and how many hours performed to installed. Many companies conduct their business in the 2nd option, so who am I to say if this is wrong or right? What I can say is **it is unfortunate**. 4 valves @ $25-30 each[$100-120], then $380 for 1.5 hours of labor?! Live and learn. To be fair, Austin did tell me ahead of time how the pricing structure was. But later when I found out what other contractors [all in the same ballpark] quoted me for the same identical service, well it is what it is.

He came out to the property and was supposed to come back to finish the job even made an appointment and he never came back he never returned phone calls he completely disappeared and we made the mistake of paying him!!!! Of course that was a stupid mistake. And for a simple job, adjusting our sprinklers! What a loser!

Alittle overpriced I received a quote of $200 from a few companies and he charged 275.00 HOWEVER I paid it without hesitation because he was the only one available who responded fast so it was worth it!! I definitely recommend him.
