I have to apologize to Austen. There was a miscommunication, and my frustration of times Austen would be able to come out and repair work that he done. He came out and did a really good job. I looked at the repaired work and heads he replaced, and he got my irrigation system humming. He was professional and completed the work asked. I would recommend him. Thank you, Austen.

Austen doesn't stand by his work. I called him about repairing his work in which he did. Keep getting the brush off. Now I can't even get a hold of him. TERRIBLE. OVERPRICED AS WELL. $430 for his work...DO NOT CONTACT if you want a job done right.

The project was top notch. Not only did he consistently show up on time, but he finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Will definitely use anytime we need sprinkler work!

Austin immediately came out to evaluate my emergency issue, stopped the leak and scheduled my repair. He was friendly and professional.

This company is not trusty, they charge me for a job that was not performed. Then they did a second job where they overcharge me.

The work was done, the technician arrived on time. BUT he charged me $250.00 for work that his competition would have done for $ 130.00. WAY overpriced

Austen completed the work and came the same day. However, if you want a receipt or warranty paperwork, Good luck in getting it. He installed a new irrigation timer and at the time told me it had a 5 year warranty . I have not been able to get the warranty paperwork from him and it has been 3 weeks. He did respond to only one of many attempts to contact him since and told me it has a 3 year warranty. He will send me anything on the warranty.

Responsive and knowledgeable. Will use again in the future.
