I had an emergency and Eric called and scheduled to come in on a Sunday morning, which he did and took care of the problem. Very professional and great customer service. Definitely will recommend.

I can not recommend M&M Irrigation until the dispute and issues are resolved in a timely fashion. There was an issue 1 week following installation and 1 month after the issues are still not resolved. I will update this rating if my concerns are addressed.

Overall very good

Eric and Austen arrived on time and quickly diagnosed why part of my lawn was not getting watered. They were very professional and courteous and quickly made the necessary adjustments.

They were able to get the system repaired. They showed up without the equipment they needed to find the water valve. They made an appointment to return the next day. They kept trying to make an 11:00 appointment even though they were told it wasnâ t possible. They were warned about the cable but it was still cut. They returned with the equipment they needed and made the repair to the irrigation system three days later.

They did show up on time, but everything was downhill from there. First the estimate per sprinkler head repair (given over the phone) changed after they arrived. They did correctly replace two sprinklers that were damaged by the lawn mower. But two other rotating sprinklers that were spraying the pavers and fence were not adjusted correctly. Unfortunately I paid them before the job was finished, and now they have missed one scheduled appointment to adjust the two misaligned sprinklers. They are also no longer responding to my text messages or messages left on their now full voicemail.

Very polite, efficient a d excellent work for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Austin and Eric work efficiently and throuhly. They don't rush and make mistakes. They take their time and do the job right. I appreciate all they did to make my land look alive

Austen and Eric were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable and I was satisfied with the work they did for me. After the major work was completed, I needed one sprinkler head to be tweaked a bit and they returned quickly to fix the issue. I would use them again if I need sprinkler repair.
