this service was spot on. the two that showed up were punctual and professional, also very personable. One did the fireplace and the other the laundry room vents. They were very careful of the décor on the fireplace mantle and base. They covered the floor around the fireplace and in the laundry room and no dirt or debri was left anywhere when they were done. The price I was charged was $25 less then I was quoted over the phone. the only reason I gave the price a good is because the only excellent price is for free.lol

The two gentlemen who came were very courteous and professional. They brought a dropcloth and didn't leave a spec of dirt in the house. They actually forgot to check the chimney caps on the top of the chimney when they came, and so we ended up not being able to use because the chimney had plugs in it. When we called to tell them this, they were very apologetic and came back at no extra charge and ordered the proper caps.

The dryer vent goes into the house foundation and out into the yard. It is a difficult, winding conduit. They did a great job!

Tidy Sweep cleaned the chimney. They had to remove the bird nests and the creosote that had built up.

I was very happy with Tidy Sweep. I called them in the morning and they scheduled service that day. The technicians were very nice about answering all my questions regarding where that clog was located and how the pipes are situated in my condo. They had previous experience with my condo complex and knew how the dryers are vented.The only reason I gave them a B on price is that $95 is the going rate, not a great rate.

Very good. I called on Monday or Tuesday and was able to get an appointment on Thursday, the day I wanted. The office staff was pleasant and helpful and made a point of calling me back quickly. The service itself was done well and quickly.

Apt time was kept. Inspection revealed no actual cleaning needed to be done technician charged only for service call. Very happy with this result.

I contact you'll and you were unable to previde a company in my area, I then tried thecompany that I had used in the past they made me a appontment, and was on time and did a very good job, when I checked back with you'll I see now you have them listed ,.

We had just moved into our home and found that everything in the dryer was taking a very long time to dry and that there was sometimes a bad smell in the dryer. The venting goes under the house and there was not way to clear it with a vent brush. I found tidy sweep on Angie's List and they were able to get us scheduled quickly. They arrived on time and cleared out the vent and cleaned up the floor before moving the washer and dryer back. They said the vent was very clogged but that they were able to clean it out. A few days later, I used the dryer and clothes were still not drying. I was ready to call the repairman, but checked outside first. I called Tidy Sweep to say there was very little air coming out of the vent. They sent someone the next day to be sure it was not the vent again, even though I thought it had to be something wrong with the dryer. The tech found water in the vent and cleaned out 4 or 5 gallons! He figured out that our automatic sprinkler had a head right next to the vent outlet. He turned off that sprinkler head for us, and reattached the outside of the dryer vent, which the previous owner had fixed with duct tape. Again he cleaned everything up, and insisted there was no charge for the second visit. The service from this company could not have been any better.

They did an excellent job and while they were there we talked to them about their other services. They provide a dryer vent cleaning service that we didn't know about so while they were there they went ahead and cleaned our dryer vent and they did excellent with that. Their service dropped our electric bill $50 a month after the dryer vent service. We were very pleased with that, now we can dry our clothes faster and more efficiently.

Fine. They showed up when scheduled, cleaned the vent and advised me of the status of my vent.
