Tidy Sweep

Luke arrived promptly and was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He answered all of our questions. He sincerely aimed to please and ensured that we were totally satisfied. We have used Tidy Sweep multiple times and we will gladly use them again .

Excellent. They even replaced a section of pipe between the dryer and the wall so that it wouldn't clog so soon. No charge for that.

All went well. Two men arrived on time, service took about 45 minutes. Men were professional and pleasant. Did not make a mess. Fair price..$95.00. If there are no subsequent issues, will have them return in 1-2 years. Will address air ducts.

All went well with the job performed and I would use them again.

They were good. He is great. I use them every year. There is one person that came and it takes about a half an hour.

Great! Associate was very helpful, showed me some grooves in the bottom of my fireplace and quickly repaired them.

the heater went on the fritz and we couldn't use the fireplace for heat because the chimney had not been cleaned in a number of years. We were able to get an appointment for the next day, possibly because this was just before Christmas. The next morning they called and asked if they could come earlier than scheduled. The fellow who came out was friendly and professional, including calling in to check on how best to handle an oddity of our chimney. We were happy with his work and with his care for keeping the house clean while doing the job. We would certainly use this company again.

They were punctual, pleasant and professional. Even fixed our dryer connection and patched up panels in fireplace - unprompted and didn't charge extra. Excellent experience.

Great. The technician many many recommendations for fire safety. He was honest and stated the fireplace was clean and didn't need cleaning. He went on the roof to inspect the chimney cap and stated it was dented (as indicated in home inspection) but stated it didn't require repair. Overall good experience, felt comfortable with the technician, and wasn't nickeled and dimed.

Arrived exactly at promised time. Cleaned dryer vent that badly needed it. Discovered the vent had a dogleg so he climbed up on the roof to clean it from both ends. Got it all done quickly.

The arrived on time & cleaned the roof. Also I had asked while getting the roof cleaned to clean the gutter & put a seal on any area that might have a possible leak over my sun room. Both young men were very courteous & did a great job.

There were two workers and they arrived at the appointed time. One worked on the fireplace and the other worked with the dryer. They went about their in a very professional manner. I could see that they knew exactly what to do.

The scheduling was prompt, the techs came at the appointed time, and they did the job with NO residual mess in a very timely manner. Will definitely use them next go-round.

As expected. No surprises.

The service man, Joe, was prompt and very professional. He cleaned the vent which was almost packed solid and replaced the dryer vent hose as part of the service. They charge a flat fee and I felt it was well worth it. He also explained why I should do it yearly with the amount of laundry I do and told me they would remind me next year when a cleaning is due. I couldn't be more pleased. They came the day after I called them which was great. Because my dryer wasn't wirking well any more....it does now!

It went very well. The lady who answers the phone was lovely to work with and was very helpful. The servicemen were very neat, left no mess, and the fireplace looks much better. I always worry about chimney fires and, with winter coming on, this was a perfect time to have it done. I am very pleased with Tidy Sweep. I am happy to recommend them. They come on time, do the work well and quickly, and review all that they did with you before they leave.
