The crew did a great job with the mulching and the cleanup. Herbert Williams, the crew leader, is very conscientious and did the job exactly as we wanted it done. He's very committed to pleasing his customers and making sure the job is done to their satisfaction. I've used this service for over two years and I would put them in the top tier for lawn care service in this area.

Rusty came out to do the estimate, and we were very impressed with his knowledge. He suggested specific varieties and types of plants that would do well in our location, and we agreed to his proposal. Travis came out to do the work a few days later, and we were also impressed with his work and how easy it was to deal with him. He kept asking if there was anything else we could do, but we couldn't see anything else at the time. This was the end of our positive experience with Master's. A few days later, we had a heavy rain, and this revealed a problem. The shrubs were planted on a slope, and the sandy soil eroded with the rain and left several of the root balls exposed. We should have asked Travis for some mulch to hold the soil in place, but we didn't anticipate the problem. I called Master's and was told that problems are resolved by Jeff, and his next availability was about 10 days later, and only in the early afternoon. We wanted a faster response, but got nowhere with this request. We expected Jeff in the early afternoon, and by 3pm, we began to wonder whether he was coming. I called the office again, and after being put on hold, I was assured that he was running late but definitely would be there. At 5:30pm I called again and was told the same thing. Jeff never came. About 10 days later, both Rusty and Jeff left messages. Jeff simply forgot about us then went on vacation. He was very sorry. Rusty called and asked if there was a problem. Not any more. We went to Home Depot, bought some mulch, and fixed the problem on our own with a couple of hours of work that we shouldn't have had to do. I'll find other companies to do our landscaping in the future.

Everything was perfect. I was originally planning on having them do the demo and was going to attempt the landscaping myself; but Rusty put together a great plan within my budget to take care of everything. Video of project - [*** Link removed ***]

I was having problems with grass dying and weeds in my lawn. Rusty came out and inspected my lawn and determined that I had over fertilized it. He was able to repair some of the damage I had done and in 2 months my lawn is by far the best looking lawn in my neighborhood. And the price is very reasonable. I can't recommend The Master's Lawn Care enough.

Mike is Masters Lawn Care irrigation system professional. He was candid, hard working, and a professional when it came to updating my irrigation system. Although they were a little more expensive then their competitors, I am glad I chose to go with them. I especially like the customer service. Eric and Bren, in the office, are helpful and willing to answer any questions. If they do not know the answer they will find it out and get back to you within 24 hours. I like the fact that I am able to e-mail my questions and get prompt feedback. I have recently signed up for their lawn and ornamental plant care package. Joe, who handles the lawn care, is quite knowledgable about the problems that come with St. Augustine grass. Thank you Masters Lawn Care.

Well. They had estimated low on the sod, so we had to wait for more to come in, but it looks beautiful.

Every detail is carefully thought out. The sod was not pick up until the day before installation. The ground was prepped before installation. Their instructions for care were extremely useful. Their attention to detail and the care of each piece of sod placement was well thought out. Everyone from Rusty, the owner, to Lynne, the front office manager, to Jeff and Joe who installed the sod to Richard, who manages the fertilizer and pesticides are prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable.?

They did an excellent job. Rusty did a great job of creating and showing me the design, then the crew arrived when scheduled, job completed in one day, entire area cleaned up before they left. The landscaping exceeded my expectations. I love how my front yard looks, and my neighbors are giving me lots of compliments, and asking who did the work. Thank you Masters!

The quality of the work was excellent. They were prompt in providing the service. They respond immediately to my requests, e.g replacing a small tree that had a crooked stump. They also responded quickly by phone or email to my questions. The price was high but more or less in line with what other services provide.

On the day they were scheduled to come out the representative was running late but did call to let us know. The person appeared very friendly and knowledgeable. We received our quote the following day via email. After reviewing our options, we accepted the Silver Pricing Proposal. The company said the next step was to pay a 50% deposit, and the work should be completed by the following week as long as the weather cooperated. Fast forward not even 24 hours later when the employee called and said the estimate did not include the cost of the material. The new proposal was DOUBLE the original amount. We had already received another quote and knew the company was way overpriced. We found it very unprofessional that a company would send an estimate, accept the estimate, and then try to double the price

They are EXCELLENT! We use to have our yard taken care of by a different lawn company and decided that we were just going to do it on our own. Well, needless to say we just dont have the time for it. My husband loves to mow but we dont care for pulling weeds or trying to trim our own hedges. With the holidays coming up and family coming to stay with us we wanted our place to look really nice. So I called The Masters Lawn Care. I spoke with Brenda on the phone who was absolutely amazing and super easy to work with. I told her that I needed to have the landscaping cleaned up as soon as she could send someone out. She told me that the owner (Rusty) would be calling me to talk over some details. He did call (he is one of the nicest/knowledgeable people I have ever spoken with) and he had a crew out at my house by the next day! The crew that came out was Crew 3 (I cant remember their names off hand :() But I walked around the house with the guy to tell him what I wanted done it he knew EVERY plant that was in my yard! He was professional and fun to speak with. They got my yard looking GREAT in no time and I was super pleased with it! I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a great yard crew who will make your yard look great! I would give this company an A++ and 5 stars!

We had to fire our previous lawn service for non-compliance of agreed upon yard work. We interviewed four to five other companies before making our decision to go with The Master's Lawn Care. We went around the entire yard showing them exactly what we wanted done in addition to listening to their input as what they thought should be done from their experience. We were presented with a proposal and upon agreement we were given a starting date for the work to be performed. Two men in The Master's Lawn Care T-Shirts rang the doorbell at 8:30 a.m. and said they were here to begin the cleanup of our yard. They went right to work and did not finish until after 5 p.m. I believe the only break they took was for lunch. We would go outside periodically to see how things were going. They were happy to answer any questions we had. We have never experienced such an excellent job of complete cleanup! In addition, they completed the job in one day! In the past, it has taken at least two days for other companies to do cleanup and it was never to our satisfaction. We have in the past paid less for cleanup and we always got an inferior job. The old adage is correct, "You get what you pay for." The Masters Lawn Care now comes on a biweekly (26 visits per year) basis. They do mowing of all turf areas, trimming all turf areas which are inaccessible to the mower with a line trimmer. They edge all the concrete and beds as well as power sweep the resulting clippings with a power blower. They do weed control with a commercial strength herbicide, bed edging to keep definition, shrub trimming, plant pruning and other detail maintenance to keep the landscaping looking attractive. We could not be more pleased with their biweekly service. The supervisor of the biweekly lawn care is Richarde. He is extremely professional and courteous. He checks in with us to see if we have any problems that should be addressed and then he and the others go to work. Richarde is absolutely fantastic and he is certainly worth his weight in gold! Here it is five months after the initial cleanup and the biweekly services and I would like to say that The Master's Lawn Care is still doing exemplary work. Our entire yard, front, back and sides are still being maintained as beautifully as after the initial cleanup. Richarde is still the supervisor of the crew that does our yard. Upon arrival at our home, the first thing Richarde does is to go around the entire yard making a visual inspection of what exactly needs to be done and areas that require special attention. and then he and his crew do their magic!. We have NEVER been as pleased with a lawn service as we are with The Master's Lawn Care. I do not think anyone would be disappointed using their fantastic service..

I sent an email as initial contact and I received a reply promptly. Rusty arrived on time to review the work I need and provide a quote. Rusty is professional and pleasure to talk with. He provided a quote in about 10 minutes. Once Lynne at the office received the signed contract, they set up an appointment and the rest went like clockwork. The job was done correctly and I am pleased with their work product and professionalism. I will use their services again. I also requested a quote for tree service, this service is provided through another entity. I did receive a quote, but I am still in the process of receiving other quotes.

Excellent, Rusty and his crew are the example of professionalism. On time, polite, courteous - anything and everything you would want in any service provider. The plants were specifically chosen for the ability to grow in this part of Florida. All plants were healthy and I was genuinely surprised at the size of the trees and several of the shrubs. His staff took great care in preparation and transplanting. The sprinkler system was better than I could have hoped for as well. Rusty is sort of a geek (I mean that in the best way) and he understands the little details of the system. In short, he can diagnose any problem and usually knows the issues prior to installation so they can be avoided. Anytime you add dirt, water and electricity it takes real a professional to know how to install it correctly and make it work - Rusty and his crew are those professionals. After installation care is exceptional as well. Sometimes plants die. They replaced them. No problems, no issues. My sprinkler system stopped working correctly - 2 years after installation. They came right out and fixed the problem. It was easy, but they did not charge a trip charge. The service was free. I gave The Master's Lawn Care my highest recommendation and I rarely give this type of recommendation.

After watching these guys at work on a neighbor's property, we were impressed with both the quality of their work and the timeliness in which it was performed. We'd been wanting to landscape parts of our property and asked the owner, Rusty, to stop by to provide an estimate. We arranged a date and time and he was right on schedule. He took the time to discuss what we wanted and offered numerous creative suggestions. The proposed estimate was a little higher than we had hoped but now that the job is done, I'd have to say it was well worth it in the end. Jeff, the team lead, was friendly, informative, and very hard working. In fact, he had to work alone due to an illness of a crew member. He offered creative alterations to the original plan. He quickly resolved an issue with a nursery subcontractor who delivered some incorrect plants, and was very thorough in cleaning up when finished. Here is the most "well worth it" part! After Jeff was finished, I noticed that the Asiatic jasmine plants seemed a bit smaller than expected. After discussion with the aforementioned neighbors (who had some planted on their property too), it turns out that we were given 4" plants instead of one-gallon plants. An e-mail to Lynne, the company's office manager, was all it took to resolve the issue. A simple miscommunication between her and Rusty was the cause but they quickly offered a fast and fair solution. Jeff was out a day later with some one-gallon plants and planted them among the smaller ones. Rusty and Lynne adjusted the price accordingly and we are very satisfied with the results and the whole experience with The Master's. We've already discussed one or two future projects including re-sodding part of the lawn after seeing how well our neighbor's turned out (in fact, I'm quite envious!). LOL Thanks, Rusty, Jeff, and Lynne for not only delivering on what was promised, but also showing a willingness to go above and beyond to satisfy a customer!

They've done a great job. You can count on them, they're very consistent and the prices are reasonable. I've looked at several other companies before I decided on them. They actually knock on the door and ask you if there's anything in particular that you want done. I think they're very professional and I haven't found that to be the case with other lawn services we've used over the years. They always came when I had another problem and they've taken care of it.

I did a lot of research before choosing The Master's Lawn Care and let me tell you I was 100% right in going with this company. I cannot remember the last time I dealt with a company that was so professional and dependable from start to finish. Rusty first met with us and LISTENED to everything that we were looking for. In a short period of time, he came up with a proposal that gave us everything we wanted and looked even better than we imagined. It was also well within the budget that we anticipated. Lynne the office manager scheduled not only our landscaping work but also our new lawn/shrub treatment service and she was so kind to let me know when schedules had to be changed due to weather set backs. I was never in the dark wondering what was going to happen next. The employees were great also, Reed did a wonderful job assessing our lawn treatment needs and delivering the treatment as well. When landscaping day came, I have never seen two men do so much work so quickly and professionally. They worked nonstop and transformed out dreary, existing lawn and beds into a beautiful customized landscape. They kept everything neat and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. Everyone communicated with us during all stages. It was so refreshing and not frustrating as I had experienced in the past with other companies. I intend to use The Master's Lawn Care for all of our future landscaping needs and am thrilled to know that my lawn and shrubs are in their capable hands for future treatments. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a top quality, professional job with great people. From the first visit, to give us an estimate, through the final plant and mulch installation. The entire staff was extremely professional and friendly. Our yard looks so good that one of our neighbors asked for contact information so they can get an estimate to do their yard. Thank you, Rusty, Lynne, Jeff and Steven for an excellent job well done. I was initially happy with Master's service, unfortunately, over the 1 1/2 years that I used them to service my property, I saw a general degradation of service and in the end I found myself very unhappy with service that I really shouldn't even have to think about all that much. On two occasions their crew blew my lawn refuse onto my neighbor's property (and car). On both occasions I contacted TMLC and they told me that they would rectify the issue (one time I was refunded for a service appt.) On three occasions they oversprayed plant beds in my lawn with a herbicide causing multiple brown spots (and killing a small boxwood). They rectified two of these by resodding small areas with new grass, and on the final instance I cancelled service. Overall, the service was a little sloppy and my neighbor told me from observations that they seemed to really rush through my service appointments. TMLC came very highly recommended by a friend, but I did have the same results. I really wanted to give Rusty and the others at TMLC a chance, but they just never gave me a whole lot of confidence in their ability to execute successfully and consistently on each visit.

The yard now looks great. Its amazing what they can do improve the look.

I spoke with Lynn, the office manager , at Master's Lawn Care and set up an appointment for a free estimate. Rusty was punctual for the estimate and told me what he could do to fix the standing water problem in my yard. I was impressed with how professional he was. He did state he was not the cheapest company in town, but he guaranteed to get the job done right. I do believe you get what you pay for , so after getting several estimates I chose to hire Master's Lawn Care to do the job. We set up the day to perform the job, but they were able to move it up due to a cancellation. Communication was easy with Lynn, which is important. The job was done well and I am happy with the results. I would definitely recommend Master's Lawn Care for your yard needs!

Rusty and his crew did a great job. I had not done much of anything to the front and back yard in the last few years. Everything was overgrown, weeds had sprouted everywhere, bushes and trees were growing and the trees' limbs were blocking the sun so that the grass would grow. They did the front and back yard in one day and when I came home from work I was shocked. They trimmed the bushes the trees, removed all of the weeds, leaves and other debris, cut and trimmed the lawn. I really wish that I had a before and after photograph to post here because the change in the yard was really impressive. As a note, I only got one quote so I do not know whether their price was high or low. This may have been a really good or really bad price. Regardless, they did a great job!

They responded quickly. They were nice and knowledgeable but it was more than we could afford. We contacted several people and they were more expensive; we went with someone who was less expensive.

The men doing the work were very pleasant and made sure what I wanted done before they started. They actually finished in less time than it appeared it would take to do the job. They hauled the bushes away and everything was neat and clean when they completed the work. I hired The Master's Lawn care because I knew from past experience with them, they would do a super job.
