Chavaris has been handling my lawn in the Oakmont neighborhood. He is great and so is his service. Couldn’t be happier.

I was so impressed with Marlin and Gary when, this morning, they removed two 24-year-old, 20-inch diameter Crape Myrtle trees close to my electrical transformer. The wood was extremely hard so it took a long time and a lot of strength and power to take them down, even with chainsaws, but they kept at it until the trees were gone. They kept a very neat job site, cleanup was perfect, and they were very professional and cheerful even though it was such unbelievably hard work. After they left, I looked up Crape Myrtle hardness and it turns out Crape Myrtle is even harder than Mahogany. I have always been very satisfied with The Master's Lawn Care services, but Gary and Marlin deserve special recognition because they would not give up even though the work looked to be impossible to do -- they just powered through with their saws until the work was done. A big thank you to Marlin and Gary, two outstanding members of The Master's Lawn Care team!

The service is timely, and Herbert is knowledgeable and efficient . They use products that meet the requirements of Alachua Co. I recommend them.

Very well. Our last weekly yard servcie company (not Master's) tended to ignore some things, so we had Master's team 13 come out and tend to those items. They were nice and professional and now we will have Master's as our weekly service company.

Employees Louis, Ezekiel,and Corey took the time to introduce themselves and explain what the service included. They asked my wife if she had any special requests or questions regarding lawn or shrubs. Very friendly and courteous team. They did an awesome job.

Excellent! The company representative arrived and provided a detailed quote which aligned with the competition rates. He was personable and provided guidance on my options. The date of installation was set and the two workers, Eric and Dylan, were on time, professional and efficient. They asked questions if they needed my input and completed the job within the agreed upon time frame (two days). I would like to take this opportunity to thank Master's Lawn Care for D'Shaun and Brandon. They did excellent work on landscaping my property. It turned out better than expected. They provided ideas that made my plans even better. They were both polite, professional and easy to talk to. Despite all the dirty work they do, they left the area spotless. I am happy to recommend them to my friends and neighbors, and if we ever need more work done, we know exactly who to call.

Great job of replacing my old cracked concrete driveway with a beautiful new driveway made of pavers. Josh, Todd, and Devin (among others) did a beautiful job and were a pleasure to deal with throughout.

Rusty, if this was my business and I found out my office staff were not calling people back, losing messages, deliberately withholding messages, and not following up on business calls and losing business because of it I’d be beyond upset. Since I am apparently not allowed to speak with you directly, this is the only way I can hopefully get a message to you. Your office staff has been incredibly frustrating and at this point I’ve spoken with three of them. I’ll never do business with your company. I had been super excited to get a quote from this company, and hopefully begin service after seeing all the positive reviews. However, I have had nothing but frustration and am getting the run around from office staff. I have given them my name, address and phone number multiple times to set up a quote appointment. It’s been a week and I have now requested to speak with the owner so I can share the fact that his office staff is not following up with people, not keeping names and addresses of potential clients, not calling back when they say they will, and then deliberately holding back calls from the owner, Rusty, to avoid him finding out about how they dropped the ball. I began one week ago with a text to the number they provide on their website specifically for texts to their business. It included my name and address as well as the services I am interested in. I was very detailed. I received a response back asking me to provide my name and address - which I had already done clearly. I sent a screenshot back showing that I did already provide that, also sending a separate text explaining why I sent the screen shot, and gave allowance for there possibly being a glitch. I heard nothing back. After two days, I called the office and explained what was happening and that I wanted to set up a quote. I was told that the lady who sets up quotes was currently at lunch and had been “swamped” and would call me back. That never happened. I had left my info with them and yet again got no response. Several more days went by. I decided to call back and left a message asking for the owner to call me back regarding an issue. I did not want to leave details on who my issue was with, since the office staff are the ones I am having a problem with. I intentionally kept it vague by saying it was a service issue. I got a call back the next day, today. They left a voicemail and once again want me to provide my address and give detail on what the issue is. They are screening calls and trying to prevent me from speaking to the owner. I called back and asked for the person who left the voicemail. I was told she would be gone for the next hour or so, so I left a message and again reiterated that I just wanted to speak to the owner. The lady who left the voicemail was not the owner but I had hoped she would get me connected with him without any more hassle. Instead I get a call back from the office manager a few minutes later, asking again for my address and trying to find out what my issue is. It made me extremely uncomfortable and frustrated. I asked if it was a problem that I have a service issue and want to speak directly to the owner. She told me she was the office manager and the “last line of defense” in getting connected to Rusty. I told her my issue was with service and that I just really want to speak with him. I will be shocked if I ever hear from him. She asked several times for my address and what services I have/want, instead of relaying that someone needs a call back. I asked her if she was going to ask him to call me, and did not get a straight answer. What a ridiculous mess. A customer should not have to work that much to try to set up service. I went from being really excited to hire them for work....to never wanting to deal with them due to the treatment of the office staff. If the office staff does this to people, how in the world would I ever trust that the work would get done on time and properly? If I ever have an issue it’s clear that I’d never get anywhere.

The Master’s Lawn Care is the best lawn care and landscaping company that we have used. They are the lawn professionals and do excellent landscaping. During the hurricane in September of 2017, our backyard was completely destroyed. The professionals at The Master’s Lawn Care helped us to restore our damaged property and have maintained our lawns since then. Prior to this, we had another well-known company providing our lawn service for over 25 years. Because The Master’s Lawn Care is a company devoted to just lawns and landscaping, they are experts in this field. As a result, our lawn has never been as thick, green, and healthy as it is now. Our lawn is almost “perfect.” We have never experienced that before. Also, the landscaping they did following the 2017 hurricane has thrived and continues to be beautiful. Based on many years of experience as a homeowner with lawns, we highly recommend The Master’s Lawn Care.

I contacted The Master’s Lawn Care for a quote to sand our paver patio/deck and front walkway. I knew there were problems with the original construction of the deck (uneven pavers, gaps between pavers and sitting wall and deck, etc.). Rusty, the owner, explained that using polymeric sand would provide structural integrity to the deck and I would not need to resend each year. While their quote was on the high side, the company’s reviews were very good, so I went ahead and contracted for the work. The results of the initial sanding did not meet my expectations. However, I realize that was in many ways attributable to the the issues noted above. However, Rusty had one of his men, Adam, come back twice to finish the job to my satisfaction. Adam worked diligently to give me a deck that looks like new. I am very pleased with the results.

New organic program great! Chase is professional and knowledgeable. Great company if you want a beautiful yard using organics as much as possible. Signed a contract for continuous service.

After having the exterior of our house newly repaired and freshly painted, we decided that the existing landscaping, (which we had always done ourselves), needed a professional upgrade to further enhance the “curb appeal” of our property. We needed some beds extended, edges redefined, small stumps removed, hedges trimmed, and new mulch installed. We also had a few gaps in the original plantings which required a few new shrubs of the same variety/size to be added. We called 3 highly-recommended landscape companies for estimates. The Masters Lawn Care was the only one that responded. Bren, the highly-efficient office manager, returned our call promptly and had Steve come out the next day. He was on time, friendly and professional, answered all our questions and made recommendations. Within a short time, we had a fair, detailed online proposal. On landscape day, Walker and Travis did an excellent job, and were willing to do everything we asked them. The newly-mulched beds looked so good that we decided to get an additional proposal for more work in the back yard. The 2 gentlemen who did that work were equally hard-working, polite, and detail-oriented. They made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. The new plants we required were not available locally, so Masters ordered them elsewhere ensuring that the size and variety would be just right. If you are looking for a company that does top quality work and communicates very well with their clients, then The Masters Lawn Care is for you. We highly recommend them and will use them again for all our landscaping projects in the future.

I hired The Master's Lawn Care because i needed more than a mow and blow every two weeks. They have consistently exceeded my expectations and i couldn't be happier with the state of my lawn. I have had 3 different crews out multiple times ( lawn care, landscape Maintenance and irrigation) and each one of them has gone the extra mile to make sure the job was done right, they communicate with you regularly and are easy to get a hold of if you have concerns

on their firs visit to look over my lawn ans determine my needs in order to make a bid, Masters assure me hey were not just another "mow and blow" company. I had very specific needs and requirements. due to health issues my wife and I are limited as to what we can accomplish on the lawn and we needed someone who care as much as we did about the health and appearance of our landscaping.Masters assured me they were up for he job and they have been and more. Their irrigation tech cleared up what had been a nagging problem for several years in one visit. on he first lawn treatment visit the tech noted some concern with some parts of my lawn and took soil samples to analyze. He later contacted me wit the results and went over suggested treatments. My lawn has never looked better. All this is in addition to the stellar lawn maintenance visits weekly during the heavy growing season. i have a personal contact should i have any concerns or requests that i have emailed twice . Both times the request was taken care of the very next visit. I am 3-4 months into my service contract and i couldn't be happier

Great experience! The Master's Lawn Care Company is just what my husband and I were looking for to manage our lawn completely without having to have three or four companies to coordinate with each other. They do it all and with actually taking time to listen to what you want and what your concerns are in every aspect of care for the lawn, shrubs and trees. Steve Strickland the Lawn Maintenance Department Manager listens but also can suggest or tell us what looks best without being pushy. I like proactive and not to have to micromanage. Bren Strickland, the Office Manager and Service Coordinator, is always ready and willing to answer any questions and her communication skills with the whole team are remarkable! Chase McNeal, the Lawn Care and Maintenance Account Manager takes extra time out to call and let us know what the status of the lawn is and explain what he is doing to keep our plants, trees and lawn healthy. Herbert and Tony are always there to take care of any concerns, are very hard workers, and will go over and above to get the job done the way we want. Our weekly team, James, Carlos and Tevin will keep everything looking manicured and let us know if they see anything that we need to know about during their regular visits. Everyone seems so genuine, honest and concerned to please the customer. I think the most important thing and one of The Master's Lawn Care's best assets, is their excellent communication between their office, crew and customers. I would highly recommend The Master's Lawn Care for all your lawn needs.

Everything--from the initial meeting with Rusty to the finished project--exceeded my expectations. Rusty sketched out a design to add Florida-friendly plants, add a walkway, and replace our outdated irrigation system with a more efficient one. He helped us work within our budget while making the greatest impact on our front yard's appearance. He even guided us through the Alachua County's Turf SWAP program, which resulted in a rebate! The guys who brought the design to life--Mike (irrigation), Adam, and Robert--were incredibly professional and responsive. I decided, midway through their work, that I wanted an adjustment made to the pathway. Adam and Robert didn't hesitate to make the change, and it was clear that my complete satisfaction was of utmost importance. They were easy to talk to, and very responsive. Mike went beyond the scope of the original project to "perfect" out new irrigation system. It was obvious that he cared about getting it done right. He explained what he was doing along the way, and why he felt like certain adjustments were needed. (I should note that they stayed true to the original proposal pricing.) I really appreciated Mike's extra effort and attention to detail. We've received many compliments on our new landscaping. I highly recommend The Master's Lawn Care team. I will definitely hire them again when we're ready to tackle our back yard!

We need a spring cleanup of the winter accumulation. Steve came to the property and we went over what we wanted done. Got a quote by email, which was reasonable. Namine Yomi and Andres were assigned to do do the work for us. They were great. Very hard and competent workers, pleasant to us, and they did an excellent job. The place looked wonderful when they left. We were extremely pleased with what they did and will ask for them again.

Mike trouble shot the problem quickly, replaced bad parts and had the system going again very quickly. Mike really knew what he was doing.
