We bought a house with a very beautiful but very overgrown backyard. We requested an estimate from Rusty for a major cleanup. He listened to what we wanted and gave us an estimate. We decided to go with him and the decision has not disappointed us. His crew did an amazing job, considering the jungle that was our backyard. There were a few days that rained and work could not be done, but Rusty kept us updated on the situation and constantly gave us work progress reports. It was down to the last 3 days before we had our big outdoor party so we needed the yard to be finished. I communicated that to Rusty and he assured me that he will definitely get our yard done before our big party. Sure enough, we had a beautiful clean yard for our party and everyone loved our backyard! We now have a space where it's comfortable to hang out in and enjoy the backyard! We are very happy with the work and are using them now for regular maintenance.

This was our first experience with professional landscaping and we found it somewhat frustrating. We assumed that some things would be done which were not done and neglected to get in writing exactly how the design would be carried out. Unfortunately, one of the main installers became ill and our project was delayed. When we expressed our concern about some of our issues to the owner, he made every effort to make sure that the project met our expectations. Because of the owner's dedication to excellence, we are now satisfied with the design and with the work that was done on our project and can't wait to see how it looks in another year when it matures. When we are ready to landscape the remainder of our property, we will most certainly give The Master's Lawn Care company our top consideration.

You cannot go wrong with this company. We did our homework before hiring them by checking their references and decided to use them even though they weren't the cheapest company we got quotes from. (which is why I gave them a B on price), but their value was more than worth the extra couple dollars it cost us. Rusty (the owner) was great at not only selling us a job, but striving to match our desires with what would work for our property. Then, the landscaping team that came (Billy and Sean) were personable, helpful, and really impressed us with their level of excellence. Now, we have Eric and his crew doing our lawn service every week and they are extremely nice as well. It's not always easy being the president of an HOA and trying to please everyone when you start changing things, but The Masters Lawn Care made it so easy for us that we had no complaints whatsoever.
