Description of Work: I had a pipe leak under the concrete slab in my house. It was only a day or so before they could arrange to do a test to locate the leak. After about an hour and a half (and $300) they identified a single spot. After another week of having my water off (due to my schedule), they were able to start work. They drilled into the spot where they had identified the leak, but the ground was dry as a bone. More listening, then nothing. No repair. $400 more dollars for their trouble. After another week and a half they came back to re-pipe the entire house. It took them a week to complete the plumbing, but another couple of weeks for them to return to fix the hole in the ceiling where one of their workers had stepped through to the garage, and to repair (for a second time) the sprinkler system they damaged. I had offered to make a partial payment since the plumbing was completed, but the owner insisted I wait until everything was repaired before paying them for the re-pipe ($5700). The people were all fantastic and did great work. I am very pleased with the job (except they didn't paint the repaired ceiling). They were able to get me upgraded valves (thermostatic) for less than I saw them anywhere online. Overall pleased with the work. Stunned by the cost. Insurance didn't cover any of it since it didn't damage the walls in my house.

+ 0 moreJob well done, and price was reasonable. I have used this company twice. I especially like that they clean up after themselves, and leave the area as it was before doing the work.
Description of Work: Plumbing was clogged due to a root growing into the drain pipe. Previous work did not include putting in a clean-out, so cutting of drain pipe was required. Plumber quickly diagnosed problem, and came up with a plan to fix it right. Installed new section of drain pipe and put in a clean-out to avoid future problems.

+ -1 moreA far as we can tell, the work is excellent. The damage to walls and floors was minimal. The workers came promptly when promised and kept us informed of what they were doing and when they woulod be here. They cleaned up carefully as they worked.
Description of Work: After a leak in a pipe in the concrete slab of our house, we decided to re-pipe by having having the entire water system in our home re-piped. The plumbers put new pipes in the attic and ran pipes down the walls behind the drywall. It was an involved project, taking two workers eight working days.
