I have to commend them for the service they provided. From the office contacts to the plumber on site, everyone was friendly and pleasant to deal with. The old toilet was embedded on the floor and it took a lot of effort to remove. Boy am I glad I had a professional replacing the toilet. It would have been a DIY nightmare. And to boot, I used their Angie's list coupon which made the whole thing very inexpensive.

The service worked out fine. They were on time, and it was easy to set an appointment, it didn't take long. He was able to fix the problem within the window of time. I thought it was a good deal, he provided the equipment, and he fixed the problem.

On Monday, I scheduled the first available appointment for Thursday. My sewer was backing up but my toilets were still working. On Tuesday,it becomes clear that my sewer line was completely clogged. Jessica who manages the office promised she would do her best to get some one out before Thursday. The next morning Mike and Kyle were at my house at 8:30 AM and my line cleared by 9. They were courteous, professional. and treated me like a valued customer. In the future, Scarborough is definately my Plumber in Gainesville!

I had already identified the location of the leak and dug up around it to make it easier to work on. Josh from Scarborough Plumbing attended that day. He was friendly and explained the various ways to fix the pipe and the best way which would be better for us in the long run. He was quick with the work and the finished work was clean. He waited till the glue dried and reopened the line to make sure there were no other leaks. I am very satisfied with the work. I strongly recommend Josh and Scarborough Plumbing.

We'll when we built this house we purchased a Price Pfister faucet for that shower because my wife liked the design, little did we know that their systems are DIFFERENT, so now we bought a Delta one to replace, but upon arriving he explained that he would have cut a hole in the drywall on other side of shower to change the connections to fit the Delta, but he also gave us the option to replace the part on the existing one that would solve our problem. I went with this option and our problem was solved with $140 instead of the $400 - $500. We are very pleased

This is one of my best experiences with a Angie's List contractor yet and I've had several in different cities. Scarborough is top of the line - excellent communication, they kept me appraised throughout, extremely fair with pricey - they told me what didn't need to be done. They came back a second day to finish up - and didn't pressure up front for payment. Fabulous company to work with, high on my list.

Everything went smoothly and provider was very polite and very efficient. He went above and beyond what was expected in that he found that the pipes underneath the sink had no cut-off valves and so he installed these. That way, I the future if we have a leak we will be able to close off the leak until it can be fixed.

Two plumbers came exactly when they were scheduled. I received a phone call approximately a half hour before they arrived to let me know they would be there on time. Both these young men were not only prompt, but very courteous, efficient, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. The house is thirty years old and so is most of the plumbing. I requested that they be prepared to replace many of the under counter cold and hot faucets so that I could easily shut the water off in the house if needed. Over many years of home ownership, I have had plumbers come and go. This repair call was so professional and competent and done to my satisfaction, I was thrilled. I have recommended Scarborough plumbing to all my friends.

I thought everything went smoothly. I received a call about a half hour before the appointment to let me know when my service person would arrive. When he arrived he was professional and polite. I felt very comfortable. He explained what he needed to do. On both jobs he worked till they were fixed, and, left the space clean when he was done. I appreciated that! The only difference in price from the original quote was a small cost for a part that needed replacing. Thank you Scarborough Plumbing!!

The bathroom sink fix was fine. They had to return twice to work on the kitchen faucet - once to fix the leak that their 'repair' to the old faucet caused. They had to return a second time after installing the new faucet to remove a plug that was causing water to back up in the dishwasher. Both are 'standard issue' plumbing steps that were overlooked in our case. They were courteous and apologetic but we need to hire plumbers who get the job done correctly the first time.

They were excellent. They did an excellent job. It was a reasonable amount for what they did. Their service and professionalism was excellent. We were very happy with them. They came when they said they would. They completed work. If we have any future work, I will call them again.

I live on a hill and our garage is below the main part of our house. There was a slow, unpredictable leak into the garage from an unknown source. With all of the pipes in the walls, Scarborough Plumbing said that the most likely source of the leak was from a pipe coming from the kitchen. The only way to reach that pipe was by knocking out 3 concrete blocks on the exterior of the house. The leak was coming from the exact spot where they thought it was coming from. They repaired the pipe and cleaned up the space as much as possible. Since they don't repair concrete block holes, they referred us to a great handy man that does. They arrived on time, were polite, cleaned up afterwards, and gave us a great price. We're planning on repiping our house this fall and we're choosing them to do the work for us again.

Mike called before he arrived and was prompt. He repaired needed copper pipe fittings and checked lines for pressure. He was friendly and very professional.

We need them back because they did not solve the problem. I have not be happy with them. He didn't know what was causing the problem.

We had a leak inside the wall of our shower which created a problem by saturating the wall on the bedroom side. They went in through the shower stall so that they didn't ruin our bedroom wall. Found the leak, patched it up and it's working great now.

This was the second time we have used this plumbing company in getting our old home ready to sell and both times we have been more than pleased with their work. They are so polite and up front with their prices. They even did a few extra finishing touches without adding to the cost. That gives them a two thumbs up in my book! Even the lady on the phone was easy to talk to. I'll use them again in my new home for sure.

Leak was repaired. Provider was professional and efficient. They didn't waste any time and accomplished more than they were originally called for. I'd use them again.

Josh and his companion were both great. The appointment had been scheduled for Friday, but they had an opening and his assistant called asking if Josh could come over sooner. It was worked out perfectly. All the issues I had were taken care of within an hour. Josh kept me in the know of what was happening. He was very polite, professional and seemed very knowledgable. I would definitely hire Scarborough Plumbing again.

These people were great. I called this morning at 8:00 a.m. and was offered a service call 6 days from today. I told the incredibly nice woman that we really needed help sooner because we couldn't use our kitchen sink or dish washer. She told me that she would call me back in 20 minutes. She called back in 15 minutes and had arranged for someone to split off from a work crew on a bigger job who would be at my house between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. He arrived at nine and before 10:00 we had a new garbage disposal. I don't know how it could get any better than this. The people were nice, the price was less than expected and everything was perfectly sqared away when he left. I can't believe I'm saying this; but, thank you Angie's List!

they did not show up as scheduled and failed to call. However, after I called, Josh Scarborough apologized and assured me they would get the work done today. They did quality work, have reasonable rates, and cleaned up the work area. I would use them again.

They were fine to work with. The cost was pretty reasonable. This was our first time working with them. I was impressed with their efficiency and how quick they did the work. Overall, it was a good experience.
