Three calls over 2 weeks, left a voicemail each time, no response yet. I can only assume they are out of business.

The installation is at an income property 150 mi away. To pick up the phone and call Angi and within minutes have two references to call was super. I hired they booked the installation with the tenant and now it is history. The job is paid the work is done. Angi should consider wives looking for husbands and husbands looking for wives. I have a few new projects how will I receive the 25% for taking the survey toward my next project?

I received recommendation from Angie's List and called Scarborough's number about 2 PM on a Friday afternoon. Received the voice mail which said they were open until 5 PM or so and I should leave my info and they would call me back. I left my name and number but no one called me back. I continued to call until 5 PM and always received the voice mail. I also submitted an inquiry on their website but never received a phone or email response to that either. I understand that my review is grossly different than that of others. I wish they had responded. I waited until Monday and called the second name on Angie's List. They came today and will replace my hot water heater tomorrow.

Plumber called before he came to my home as planned. He quickly assessed the situation and removed the broken disposal....and then replaced it with a new one. He was pleasant and professional completing the work.

On Sunday evening I request a quote from a few plumbers on Angie's List. The very next morning Debbie sent me a reply saying someone could come out that morning. Unfortunately, I didn't see the message till later on that evening. This time I put my phone number in the message and Debbie called me back to schedule the service. Someone was supposed to come by Thursday, however, the plumber was sick and they rescheduled for the following day. I was glad I was still off that day. Mike arrived early the next morning and was very friendly and professional. He fixed everything quickly. I was very pleased with the service I received from Debbie and Mike and would definitely use this company again. Trustworthy and good at staying in touch.

These guys had done a good job for us 2 years ago. Recently tried to arrange a job with them and it turned out to be a waste of time: phone calls not picked up, messages left and not returned, was told to just call to schedule the job and then that went the same way. They now seem to not really care about customer service. I won't be bothering myself anymore with them.

From the first contact with Debbie in the office, meeting with Josh and all the work Mike did - all professional, friendly, fine workmanship. I would recommend without hesitation. it was a very confusing process of deciding what to do but I found Josh to be patent, professional and very capable. It took several days to get to the decision but after we committed to do the work Josh and his crew were there when he said they would be and finished according to the schedule. Josh and his crew worked clean and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was completed.

The work was done efficiently and professionally. Mike made some very good recommendations as to how we could convert the garage faucet into a utility sink and provided a recommendation for a good drywall repair person. Great professional attitude and knew what he was doing.

They quickly identifies the problem with the septic tank and provided us a referral for repair.

It was a bad experience. It went way over the estimate. They started to work late. The work took much longer than they expected. What they did kept breaking down. At some point before the year was over they claimed that the contract wouldn't bind and they wouldn't keep repairing what they did. Eventually I had them repair it and they admitted that it was there fault. It was all a huge hassle and it was very painful to deal with them. They were technically competent it's just that the service was horrible, and they made some important mistakes.

They were fast, punctual and didn’t a terrific job. Good people, smart techs.
