Description of Work: Plumbing for a bathroom remodel and later installation of toilet in a 2nd bathroom. |Excellent professional work. Took real care in our home while completing job. Work was neat and careful. Worked steadily and completed work on schedule. All workers were courteous and helpful throughout with a thorough explanation of work being done. Confident that the owner had a close supervision of his employees work even for those times when he was not on site.

Description of Work: Scarborough installed two water heaters they provided. My ratings are all A except for the price, which was C (not cheap), but their price was similar to other plumbers I contacted (they all seem high to me).

Description of Work: We had an issue with our kitchen and laundry drain backing up. Josh came out and troubleshot the problem and corrected the issue. They were prompt and friendly and I highly recommend them. I will definitely contact them again if we have an issue.

Description of Work: Water pressure had decreased significantly and they corrected the problem. It started happening again in a few days and they came out immediately and corrected the problem permanently.

Description of Work: I have a rental property and live out of town. Jessica arranged for the inspection of the problem which they temporarily fixed before re-piping the kitchen several days later. The service was excellent and I was kept informed. I felt the price was fair and the tenant was happy with the repair.

Description of Work: I called Scarborough Plumbing after another plumbing company came out, did not do what I asked them to do, and did not fix the problem - but of course charged me for the visit. Scarborough Plumbing sent two workers out the morning after I called them. They went to work immediately, fixed the problem, checked the rest of the pipe to make sure everything was OK there, and even shoveled back the dirt that had been dug out the day before by the other company. The workers were polite, businesslike, and cleaned up the work site before they left. I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber.
