Description of Work: This company has such a bad business model. The technician receives a percentage of every part that they sell, therefore, you know what happens. You suddenly need at least one of everything on their truck. I used this company for years, but would never use it again.

We would like to clarify that our team members in the field are not compensated on a percentage basis, but a task related pay system similar to the automotive industry. This system has proven over the years to save our clients time and money by Mid-Fla sending highly trained team members that are going to get the job done properly and quickly the first time out. Our team members are trained to educate clients as to what ALL of their options are in regards to the efficiency & safe operation of their system, level of indoor air quality in their home/office, and overall efficiency of the building envelope then it is up to the client to decide what is best for them and if they want to move forward with any of the recommendations or not. Either way works for us, but we always leave the ball in the client's court. Our goal on any service or maintenance call is to prevent the system from breaking down or breaking down again, so if a team member recommends a part be replaced that is only because that part shows signs of wear or is out of the manufacturers' specified range of tolerance. After reviewing your account in detail, we are not sure which appointment you might be referring to, so if you would like to discuss this matter further please contact our office.
