Richard arrived promptly and replaced the dryer motor fuse. He explained the dryer vent was clogged and recommended a company to clean it. He also advised that I could buy a dryer vent cleaning kit at Lowe's. Richard was very professional helpful.

They are an excellent company. Their prices are very fair and they are upfront about additional costs and they inform on the quality of each product. They will let you know which option has what function. After they installed the stove they went over the proper way to use the product.

We discovered the dryer wasn't getting hot on Wednesday night. Thursday morning at 11 a.m. I called Martin based on Angie's List rating. By 1:30, the dryer was working. Repairman found the drying mechanism broken and replaced it all under 30 minutes.

The technician that showed up was very friendly and courteous. He also was very knowledgeable about refrigeration systems. He diagnosed the problem right away, and he had the parts on his truck. My time was not scheduled, I was worked into their schedule for the day. The repairman was very professional and courteous. He checked the dryer and replaced belt, idler, door switch and bulb. The dryer is working like new. I would use this company again.

They seemed to be very good. They do take into consideration payment plans to purchase appliances or to pay for repair work.

The man I spoke with acted as if I he was too good to talk to me about the work I needed done. The rates to have someone come to do the simple repair were outrageous.

On the 22nd we turned on our range. We heard a loud bang then smoke appeared. This company advertised that they are on Angies list so we called them on the 23rd. Within an hour a serviceman was at the door. He showed us that the assembly where the power enters the machine was destroyed, burned and melted. He told us it could be repaired but the electronics could have been affected. We decided. . We determined not to repair it and to buy new. We went to the showroom that day and bought a range. The price of the range was about $20.00 more than an online purchase (which did not include installation and disposal of the old range.) The sales man told us that their product was service and he was correct. The next morning, as promised they delivered an installed the new range. The installer pointed out the cause (A loose connection - previous owner had self installed.) he asked about the other appliances which were also self installed and inspected the dryer. He found a crimped vent tube and replaced it. There was no charge for these additional services. This was probably the best service experience we have ever had.

They helped me with a maintenance call. Replaced dryer with a speedqueen and one year later I have had no problems.

I have used this company for years and I highly recommend them. I bought appliances from them and they have also repaired appliances that were not purchased from them. They are always courteous and try to help you solve the problem on your own. I recommend them to anyone who needs to either purchase or have an appliance repaired.

He helped me find another washer to purchase. It was at a medium price. I bought a brand new washer from him for the price that it would have been to just fix it. They were very honest and truthful.

.They don't try to pressure you into anything . They are very knowledgable about the appliances. They always steer me in the right directions. They are very trustworthy. I actually was able to leave the garage door unlocked for them they came in took out the old and brought in the new hooked them up and took the old ones with them and I didn't even have to be there. I never worry that they will do anything other then what they are suppose to do. They are great.

I called Martin's this morning around 10, and Mike was here by 1. He gave me an estimate of the time it would take for the repair, as well as the estimated cost. He worked quickly and professionally and completed the job in less than an hour. He was also kind enough to give me tips on some of my other appliances and issues.

Richard was excellent. He explained everything he was doing and why. He methodically problem solved to determine the cause of the problem of the refrigerator not holding a proper temperature. And he checked to be sure the problem was solved before leaving. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Martin's.

They were very responsive when scheduling the appointment and called ahead before arriving. The repairman called the owner a few times to double-check and diagnose the problems though.... He did advise to replace the washing machine, but to just repair the dishwasher. Overall I was satisfied with the experience.

They came the next day and were able to fix it with no problem. They were on time and courteous. One thing that sets them apart from other repair services is that get your model number and generally have whatever is needed to fix the appliance on the truck with them so you don't have to make arrangements for a second visit.

I have done business with these people for more than 20 years. I started with them when their father ran the business. His sons are good people to work with and he has taught them right.

Two hours later we had our new refrigerator. They were very careful not to damage the hardwood floor while taking out the old and installing the new. They are a AAAA+ company
