Our business was started in 1948 in Michigan. We moved to Gainesville in July 1958. As we're in our 68th year the Martin Family would like to say Thank-you for your business and the trust you've given us to take care of your appliance needs! 13 Employees. Description of Work: The door latch was broken on my HP washer. The Martin's repair person came at the agreed upon time (not a time range) and identified themselves and looked over the situation. The wrong part was loaded onto his truck so he immediately called the store and the correct part was delivered to him within 30 minutes. Since he had another call in the neighborhood, I told him to take care of that call and come back when he had the correct part. It was a quick and pleasant experience. I would definitely use Martins again.
