I am very pleased with the work from beginning - proposal online and sent photos of house so never had to actually meet to end - workers showed up on time, very professional, and house looks great.

Mandrell's accomodated my short lead time to get this work done. They offered a package quote and individual quotes for each area I wanted cleaned. I chose the package quote. They came on the day scheduled and completed all the work as promised. My wife and I are very satisfied with the quality of the work. The roof and all the surfaces that were cleaned look like new. All the black mildew is gone. They were very professional and communicated responsively through email. I am a do-it-yourself kind of guy who likes to save money, but this would have taken me days to have completed myself. My time is worth much more. When we go to sell our house, I will have this done again.

Do NOT try to call their numbers unless you are ready to hear the 3 piercing tones that generally precede a recording telling you that a number is no longer in service. If you wait, the number will ring.....and ring.....and ring. You MAY finally get an answering machine and try leaving a message. Shane may or may not actually "get" your message. They prefer to do everything via email. Because of that insistence there was some confusion about when I needed the job to be done. I get one day off a week, and I needed the job to be done on that day of one particular week or the other. I FINALLY reached Shane on the phone (after an email got no response). We made arrangements for a particular day, weather permitting. The appointment was for 9. I got an email telling me that the worker would arrive closer to 10 because of something that needed to be done. An email?!?! What If I had not checked my email early that morning? I could have been waiting quite some time!! By 10:20 there was still no sign of the worker, and I tried calling Shane. I finally got to talk with him. He takes this attitude as though he is doing YOU (the customer) a favor. He told me the worker was on his way. By 11, I am furious because I had my afternoon planned (for this 1 day off a week), and things were getting all turned upside down and I wasn't hearing anything from Shane. After a second call to Shane, he begrudgingly said he would call the worker and see exactly where he was and call me back. Shane did not call me back. The worker arrived close to 11:30. The worker did a really good job and had a wonderful attitude. The worker I would use again, but I will NOT use this company again. I had used them back in 2008, and I had been asking myself why I hadn't used them again. Now I remember. Even with an Angie's coupon, these people are off my list!

Mandrell's is very professional, everything including the quote and all correspondence start date etc is emailed. They showed up promptly at the day and time we agreed apoun. All work was completed and we agreed in the quote. I have used other pressure washing companies before and many leave leaves and debris from the gutters on the ground. Mandrell's keeps all this debris from falling in flower beds and plants.

. Shane was very professional in handling paperwork via email. I still have never met him. His single worker was about 4 or 5 hours late, but had a legitimate excuse. No problem. I think they expected to knock this job out in 1/2 day, but it soon became apparent that it would take much longer. The worker was very hardworking and upon completion the house looked wonderful. The roof looked like new and it had a lot of mildew prior to the washing. However, soft pressure is totally untrue. This equipment has way too much pressure to be used on shingles. The next day I found three shingles that were under shrubbery that had blown off the roof. My house is only 14 years old and the roof was in very good condition. However, they used so much pressure around one of the dormers the roof leaked into the attic. The pressure of the water ripped the pool screen in four places. I did tell them that I was planning to replace the pool screen, so maybe this is why they were careless with the screen. To this day I have two spots in my yard that are not only dead, but totally bald from where the pressure washer leaked very powerful chemicals on my lawn. I'm not talking small spots, one of the spots is approximately ten ft. by two ft. There were many more things that I found later. Several of my floodlights were blown right out of the sockets with the water pressure. The chemicals that they use are so powerful that it took the finish off some of my brass door hardware. Later I realized that many of my shrubbery was "burned" by the powerful cholorine that was used. I definetely would not do this again. Shane did send me an email asking for my opinion of the service. After my comments, I have never heard a word from him again.as

I called the company to obtain an estimate of the work to be done. The owner, Shane Mandrell, came to our house, reviewed all the work, and then sent us an estimate the next day. The workers came on the day scheduled, and spent all day doing the work from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. They cleaned up all the debris when they left except their two work signs, which I still have. I contacted the company to let them know they can be picked up at their convenience. They did an excellent job. The house now looks terrific, and all the mildew and dirt everywhere is completely gone. I was concerned that I might have to paint the outside to remove some stains, but these were taken care of as well. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs these kinds of services.

Good at the beginning, then downhill from there.

Company performed the required service, and did an excellent job. After an initial phone call, everything else (estimate, scheduling, billing) was handled via email - - which was very efficient. Company met my timeframe for doing the work. I am very satisfied with the services provided and would hire this company again.

Great overall experience. Initial communications were by phone and email and although very informative, a little impersonal for my husband who is used to contractors providing estimates in person (I had less issue with this as Shane described he looked at the house on Google Earth to complete estimate). Actual service provider was Tory (sp?) , who came a little later than I was told he would, but was here almost all day and did a thorough, great job--(the treatment took 10-15 years off the appearance of the house). Payment was requested after Shane was sure we were happy with the job. We would definitely do business with again.
