A woman took down my information and said "he" was in the field and would call me back. After not hearing back for several days, I called another company who promptly returned my call, came to give me a bid, and scheduled the service.

Could not have been more pleased. Not one complaint and I would definitely hire them again. They also did the roof of a co-worker and it turned out fantastic. Great to work with!

They are professional, very detail oriented, responsible and do a fantastic job. Everything is in writing and easy to understand. I will hire them again without hesitation. It was a pleasure to see a company that takes pride in their work.

This is a scam business. There were red flags from the beginning but we (regretfully) ignored them. Do not hire!!!

First of all I am very pleased with the results! It looks like a new roof. Shane was pretty responsive to my call. He explained in detail the benefits to safely cleaning the roof and the importance of removing that black algae. (15 year old roof) Workers arrived on time , introduced thenselves and got busy. It was maybe a 3-4 hour process. I only called Mandrells because of high recommendation from others, so I can't compare prices etc.

Mandrell's was great! I live in a townhouse and I went in on the service with one of my neighbors. Mandrell's was able to give us a cut on the price for doing both of them at the same time. Shane was also real good about listening to my concerns (some of my siding was rotting and I didn't want a high pressure wash that would cause water intrusion - I was having the siding repaired the week after, but didn't want to make it any worse than it had to be). He listened to my concerns and explained the process in detail along with the care they take and particular things they watch out for. When the guy came to do the service he was very good about paying attention to what I had talked to Shane about. He also pointed out to me afterward certain things he saw so I could make sure they were taken care of in the upcoming repair. Very pleased with Mandrell's. Very professional, prompt and great service.

After receiving quote, did not elect to use provider.

We have a large sweet gum tree that overhangs our back screened in porch and much of our room. The gentlemen from Mandrell's climb up on the roof, and blow the debris off. This is the third or fourth time I have used them. They are always courteous and punctual. The cost does not include removal of the debris.

Did a good job overall. The workers were professional and answered the questions I had. I was amazed at how clean the sidewalk and driveway looks. Mr. Mandrell kept in contact via email. He responded quickly. I plan to use his services again in the future.

We got a discount coupon from an internet site . Booked online. Estimate was done on line via information we provided and an additional discount was offered if we would e-mail pictures of the job requested. We did so and received a prompt return estimate that we signed and faxed back. No one came out to confirm the job or estimate, which I think was probably good for me , but not so good for the company as the pictures really didn't detail the requirements, though I did my best to add additional information to give them a better idea. They went to great pains to inform the customer that it was not necessary to have someone at home during the job and that valuables and breakables should be moved prior to work starting. Well, for many people that would probably work, but our house is such that you cannot access the porch unless doors are unlocked which also allows access to the house, so having someone at home was a requirement. We also had a lot of furniture, plant, pots (BIG pots) to move, We e-mailed requesting a confirmation of the date and received a return e-mail the evening before the job was to start. Fortunately someone was already planning to be home that day, but it still involved moving patio furniture and plants in the wee hours of the morning before work.. That was the oddest part of the experience. They did a superb job. the house and deck have never looked better and they stayed late in the evening to finish . We received an e-mail bill 2 days later, and a follow up e-mail when the payment was received. I would definitely hire them again.. and hopefully can nail down the job date a bit better.

Everything went so smoothly which isn't always the case with people working on your home. My call was answered promptly and courteously. I received an estimate in a couple days, and the work was completed in the few days after that. Shane's method of text and email was flawless. Loved the fact that he billed you after the work was completed rather than having to deal with paying the men doing the work. That way you could be there or not be there, and avoid the time consuming hassle of paying on the spot. The work was amazing. If concrete could sparkle, mine would. My house was a mess of mold from all the rain - every bit of it is gone! Our yard has lots of trees, so the gutters were a mess and the pool enclosure was a mess of mold and algae. They did an amazing job of turning a green screen into a black one. And the pool deck is WHITE!!! I did think the price a little high, but not being totally familiar with pressure washing pricing, I went with it. I will definitely use this company again. The bonus was how courteous the men doing the work were - very polite, friendly, and professional. Very good experience.

We didnt have any specific issues or stains on any of the concrete. We were just doing some sprucing up before placing our house on the market. All I could think when I got home and saw it was...wow! I really didnt expect to see that much difference but boy was I surprised. Had two neighbors stop by that evening to ask who had done the work as they were also amazed at the difference. I was able to do all the arrangements, from getting a quote to scheduling service, online and through text which made the process very convenient.

These folks went out of their way and did a superior job cleaning my home. More importantly, they were extremely responsive to my "emergency need" to have my job performed in a hurry. I made a scheduling error to have my home painted before having it prepared (pressure washed). Within minutes of explaining my mistake to a very helpful, polite and understanding young lady at Mandrell's, Shane sent me an email and told me they would be happy to adjust their schedule to meet my (difficult) requirement. That was late yesterday afternoon. First thing this morning the crew was here, ready to go to work. They introduced themselves, called me by my name and made me feel appreciated and valued as a customer. Everyone involved, from the young lady that answered the phone, the owner/manager and gentlemen that did the actual work, were exceptional. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for quality work, as well as good old "old-fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE/SATISFACTION" that you very seldom experience in this day and age.

I had to make too many phone calls and e-mails. Too much of my time.

The work took place as described. They were satisfactory. I had a stain in my grass when they were finished which might have been from the chlorine shey spill on a bush as well.

This is the second year we used them. They were great, punctual and professional. The final product was awesome. i think the price was a little high, but for the amount of work they did and the time spent at our property, it was worth it. Shane was very easy to work with .

Arrangements were extremely well done. They asked how soon the work needed to be completed and despite a number of days of severe storms were able to get the work done within the requested time frame. No muss, no fuss. Exactly as I'd hoped.

They did what they said they would do, on time, and with no collateral damage to plants or other things in the yard. They were very easy to deal with - quotes and invoices via e-mail, etc. I would use them again.

I want a full refund and must (necessarily) rate him poorly based on the communications issue. Now I need to locate another vendor as well. He wasted my valuable time and could have resolved it with a simple: "I'm overbooked. Can I call you tomorrow?". Instead I get a promise to call later in the day and never hear back". As a small business owner myself I know that mistakes happen, overbooking.can occur, requests can go astray but to not be upfront and at least communicating with the customer is the real issue. Isn't my time valuable?.

Communication was excellent from beginning to end. Contractor arrived when expected, completed work in a very timely fashion and was extremely courteous and contentious.

I just bought this house and the previous owener neglected cleaning -- hence many screens had much green junk growing on them. The fellow from Mandrell's who worked on this (Jamie) was terrific. Not only did he do an excellent job in the chemical clean, he was very conscientious and thorough in cleaning up afterwards (as well as prepping the place beforehand). I often hire very capable service people, but the "back-end" of clean-up usually falls to me since they think clean-up is simply carting away their drop clothes and equipment. Jamie made sure everything in the yard he moved for the cleaning went back in place, and that he hadn't brought any debris into the house (via boots or equipment) that he didn't cart away afterwards. He was at the place a long time -- but definitely worth it because it was so thorough, meticulous, and careful.

Mandrells did a great job and was very prompt in all communications. My only gripe was with the specifications of the "Big Deal" and what it did / didn't cover. I assumed that the $99 deal would be a full pressure wash and there were some small items that were not covered (Chimney above roof line / back porch) but they took care of everything after a $50 add on charge. I would use them again in the future.

Did fine. Missed an area but they made good without any problems.

purchased an Angies List deal from them 5 days went by before confirmation of the purchase, at which point I was supposed to be notified of a service date another 8 days went by with no notification, so I finally called to see what happened a few days later I got a date for about 4 business days down the road long story short, if you're in a hurry you should probably consider someone else it was also a little strange to me the vendor's reluctance to contact me when his crew was on the way to do the work (he committed to doing this but never gave me the heads up) - if this is the first time a contractor is working on my home, frankly I want to be there as far as the work done it was alright have never had the house washed like this, so maybe my expectations were off the mark, but while the quality of cleaning on the siding was fine, the eaves were sort of hit or miss. maybe this work is ultimately done better with a brush than pressure. aside from that, they cleaned the wooden railings on the front porch without blasting off the paint that was already starting to peel. something I didn't expect but wish I had known: the chemical they spray on the house prior to using the pressure washer defoliated all the plants that it came into contact with. vendor should consider providing homeowner with a heads up about this possibility, perhaps if they were immediately washed off with clean water it would have spared my plants. overall, given that the vendor knew that I bought from Angie's List he presumably knew I would review the service, and one would expect vendor to make sure everything went smoothly for this type of customer. Maybe this was their normal level of service, but if they were doing their best for a known angies list subscriber, then their services overall are probably questionable.
