Provider did an excellent job. They were prompt, on time, and very professional.

The service technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and performed the replacement competently. He was friendly and very helpful in explaining what my options were.

Because of something I did the garage door went from working perfectly to NOT going down at all!! Mark,the service manager, had come out in June 2012 to see if he could get the remote to work and ended up adjusting/repairing the entire door mechanism!! Everything has been working perfectly for 9 months until I decided I'd put silicone on the track. Instead of helping I nearly messed everything up!! And for a 20 yr old unit it could easily have meant replacement! I called Lester's right away and spoke to a wonderful person in the office who said she'd have Mark call me. He called me back within 30 min. He walked me through some things to try to solve the problem, but I had done a "good" job and nothing appeared to work. They didn't have an opening to come out until the next week(this was a Fri),but Mark was so amazing and offered to fit me in right then knowing I live in South Carolina and had just come to get my son's house ready for the sales closing. He came within 15 min and fixed the problem in about 2 min!!! Thank you, Mark!! I'm eternally grateful!!

We called Lester's at 7:45 and got their voice mail. We realized they were not yet open so we didn't leave a message and were going to call back later. However about 10 minutes later we got a call from Lester's. They called us before they opened! They were able to send someone out that morning to look into our broken garage opener. They told us we were #4 for service calls that day. Keith called 30 minutes before he came over, as we were told he would. He was friendly and super efficient. He diagnosed our problem in a couple of minutes. In a little over an hour we had a new functioning garage opener. We've made two service calls to Lester's (the first was to replace our tension spring) and for both calls and visits they were very professional. They are very good at what they do.

They were on time and very professional. The service engineer was fast and efficient. He was friendly and he stated that he had 30 years of experience. Overall, outstanding experience.

Called on 9/20/12 to scheduled estimate. Mark arrived on 9/21/12 at 8:30 am to looked at what was necessary to fix problems and cost involved. Agreed to work and price and work was completed right then in a very timely, professional fashion. Mark had expert knowledgeable with garage doors. HIGHLY RECOMMNDED!

From the call to the office to set up the appointment with Eddie to the technician, Mark, coming to the house it was a fantastic experience! I agree with the reviews that came before mine. Those reviews were the reason I called Lester's in the first place and I'm so glad I did!! Customer service and going the extra mile seem to be the hallmarks of this business! The garage door is the original on the house which was built in 1994. So when I thought the cable broke that raised the door I was worried. Mark calmly got to work assessing the problem and proceeded to give an old door new life!! Because they've been in the business so long he knew this system. Mark is amazing! The remote hasn't worked in at least 6 years so it had to be replaced but we couldn't use a new one- it had to be from that "era". Mark said he'd had an old remote in his truck for years and he hadn't taken it out for some reason. After he programmed it it worked perfectly!! God knew I was going to need that remote! Thank you Mark for your dedication and creative problem solving!!

Excellent experience: Service man came on time after confirming the time by phone, had all the necessary parts and equipment, repaired (as opposed to replaced, which would have been more expensive) the bent rail, installed a new bracket and a connecting plate, lubricated the rollers and adjusted the cables. The door works even smoother than before. Knowledgeable, effective, and mindful of the customer's money.

I will use them again in the future.

As far as service calls go, this was the best experience I have ever had. The representative from Lester's was prompt, polite and professional and took time to give me advice on things to be aware of in the future in regard to my garage door without pressuring me to purchase more service now. Will definitely call them again if I have any more problems with my door or opener.

Had a great experience. Called them last Friday after close of business and left a message. The called first thing this morning (Monday) to make an appointment. They arrived on time and fixed the door quickly. Fast, friendly service at a reasonable price.
