Description of Work: Detected and repaired a slab leak and a major drain pipe leak. The original plumbing was over fifty years old and we saw this as evidence of potential future problems so we had the entire house re-plumbed. We also had a leaking hot water heater replaced. These guys were extremely professional and cost efficient. Very pleased with the service provided and will use them again for any future plumbing work.

Description of Work: A complete re-plumbing of the house to replace galvanized steel pipes

Description of Work: I had them come out three separate times for three separate jobs. I was so impressed with their work on the first job (unclogging the kitchen drain) that I had them come back two more times. The second time to install a new faucet on a bathroom sink and the third time to cap off a copper line. I believe their price was fair and not out of line with other providers. It cost about $600 because they came out three separate times. The men who came to do the work were punctual, friendly, professional, and very experienced.

Description of Work: They saved us a great deal of money by checking out whether we, indeed had a plumbing problem that we were told we had, which was a damaged or missing p-trap in our bathtub. They confirmed that there was nothing wrong with the p-trap via a placing a camera into the overflow of the tub and also checking it in another way. We had other plumbers who didn't question whether we had the problem, but just gave an estimates. We are very impressed with this company and the consideration and honesty they showed. |We will use them in the future with any plumbing problems we have.

Description of Work: They have done several jobs for me, everything from installing new toilets in both bathrooms to minor issues. I will be gutting two bathrooms and plan to use them for the project.

Description of Work: I used JW Freeman Plumbing to replace one shower point in my master bathroom and heat in the master shower.

Description of Work: Cleaned stain and cleared jets of inside toilet. Outside located two drains and cleared 25 years of growth that was clogging the drains. Had camera to check they were clear. It was a dirty job and should have been cleared sooner, but Mr. Freeman did an excellent job and charged a fair price for the amount of time he spent. He previously had installed our water heater. Recently, his company replaced a faucet cartridge and honored the warranty even though it was somewhat past the year. I've never known a more competent, honest, pleasant, or fair plumber, or for that matter, any professional workman than Mr. Freeman. He is first class and a fine person too.

Description of Work: We have used JW Freeman Plumbing on a couple of occasions and have been happy with the service he provides each time. He is punctual, efficient and reasonably priced. We have had real trouble finding other contractors of a similar nature in Gainesville, but were lucky enough to have him recommended to us. He has fixed our garbage disposal and a few issues we had with our toilet. We definitely recommend him.
