We have had them for two years now. They are very thorough. We would rate them highly. We have no problems. They come out every three months and it is $75 every three months. We would continue to use them in the future.

I have been using them for 30 years.I have a service contract with them. The quality of the service is good.

Their service is not impersonal. They are very professional and have well trained people working for them.

We've been using them for 4 years. We just asked them to spray for ticks in the lawn and they did that and put it on the bill. We used them because that is who our contractor used. We had a problem with wood bees a year ago and they took care of them. We've heard they are a little more expensive but we haven’t checked that out. We have been pleased with them so we continue to use them. They also check our house for termites each year for an additional $200. We are trying to decide if we want to keep that because we can go around and check ourselves. We haven't had any problems with them. We've only used them. They are always here when they say they will be. We will definitely continue to use them.

They will come back out at anytime if I have a pest problem. They do a good job.

They are regular and they are dependable. They are knowledgeable, courteous, polite and I trust them.

We had a problem with a fungus so they came out and took care of that. We have an annual contract with them. I use them all the time.

I spend $35 a month. I do not have a regular dwelling; I live in a manufactured house. I had a bad problem with roaches. The very first time I used this company, the roaches were all gone. So, I started using them on a monthly basis just to make sure the roaches do not come back. I have not seen a roach since then. Their price is very fair; it is in line with the other companies. They always call prior to coming out. They are punctual and professional. Their quality is excellent. The price that they gave me for the termite treatment was fantastic. I will be using them shortly. I would continue to use them in the future.

I like them a lot. They tell me when they are going to come out. I have had them for five years and their fee hasn't changed. If I have any issues between visits, they will look into it. I have a guy who lives upstairs who is really allergic to ants and so they help reduce that. They keep me satisfied.

I interviewed three companies for pest control on our home. They not only had the highest price, but the sales representative who came out for the quote was arrogant and so short that it came across as if he had better things to be doing than giving me an estimate. Even if they had been competitively priced, the customer service from the rep would have kept me from using them.

They have been servicing my yard every other month. I pay $40 a month but they service every other month.

They charge $378 for a full year. They come once a year and seem to do their job. The quality of their work is usually good. I found a couple of roaches just recently, but they were dead. Their responsiveness is always good. They are always punctual.

No work done at all they where lousy and lazy!!!

We use FPC for our overall lawn treatment/fertilization. They DO show up every other month as they say they will. However, I have to really question the timing of some of the services. They are putting stuff down on the lawn at times that, according to U of F Ag department, are less than optimum. Emergent weed killer ... in the beginning of February???? With the freeze we had??? And fertilizing in mid summer, when U of F says Don't? My real beef is with an ongoing lawn fungus problem. The normal guy comes out to fertilize/weed/insecticide the lawn ... but somehow he misses the big brown patches, and makes no notes on the work sheet. I called about the fungus, they sent a different guy out; he was very informative, and applied the fungicide with instructions not to let it get wet for a day. And he tells me it may need a few treatments. The next time the normal guy is out, same 'no problems' notation ... but the brown patches are still there. I call to have it sprayed for fungicide again, the normal guy comes out to spray - without calling first - and right as it's starting to rain. I told him to come back in a few days after the lawn is dryer and I've had a chance to mow it, but he REALLY wanted to do it then. I said no. It turned out to rain 2 inches that day, all the fungicide would've washed away. Didn't he know that??? Why waste all that fungicide - I'd just have had to call they back again! Not to mention what the runoff of fungicide does for the rest of the environment. They have some sharp guys working there, but some of the guys in the field need a bit of common sense.

Everything has been wonderful. We have had no roaches, which is our primary concern. We appreciate their regularity and the accuracy of their billing. They are the most expensive but it is worth it for the work they do. We have been very happy and will continue to use them.
