They have been very accommodating of my special requests. Instead of a spray they use granules to keep the chemicals to a minimum. They do an excellent job! I will definitely recommend them and absolutely use them, again.

They never could get control of the weeds in the grass, which actually got worse. Lost three shrubs. Technician was only spending 10-15 min per visit. We still utilize Florida Pest for termite policies.

They are always punctual. They always call me ahead of time. They are never late on my bill and they give me a long time warranty.

The technician who did the original installation came and said that he fixed the problem, however he also said that he placed glue traps under the sink. We could not understand why and went to remove them. We could not find them anywhere. I called back to the office three times to find out where they were. We want them removed as we are trying to get out of town for several days. The technician has not returned our calls and as this is being written, we are waiting to leave town. I believe he may have placed them under the sink cabinet, which is a very bad idea. I can not understand why he would do that; I can only imagine how bad the smell would be when we returned several days later.

We've been using Florida Pest Control for the past five years since we moved into our new house. I tried the first year to fertilize and do the weed control before realizing this is better left to the professionals. They always call the day before they are coming so I can be there to meet them if needed to discuss any problem areas in the lawn. They come every other month at a reasonable price and have always been professional.

We recently moved to Gainesville since my spouse joined UF/Shads as medical doctor. We purchased home in SW part of Gainesville in Cobblefied. Based on suggestion by prior owner we signed up for pest control for our lawn, separate annual contract for house hold pest control. During 1st visit their staff mentioned that our home already has dry wood termite policy & they will renew it at no charge since we are signing up for additional services. After one/ two initial services one of the staff called & suggested to signup for new termite policy - subterranean termites and offered free visit / inspection, we did sign indicating that someone visited for inspection. Considering we are new to Florida, we conveyed that we will check online & with neighbors for need of this type of policy. After necessary information gathering we refused to sign-up for new policy. There was second visit for house hold pest control & we did sign indicating completion of service. Now Florida pest control indicates we agreed for subterranean termites policy & provided our sign. We visited out of country for 3 weeks & after return see two reminders for payment & letter from collections company !!! After 1st phone call their staff indicated manger will call us back - never received call back ! Thus call again & conveyed full details - call was transferred to some senior person & even after providing all details They conveyed that account is past due thus paid online today. IN short PLEASE STAY AWAY FORM COMPANY WHO CHEATS & TRIES to FOOL CUSTOMERS ! Regards ARR

It was fine. They did the termite control; dug up all around the house and you can't even tell they were here. They were very professional. They did a nice job. Everything we asked; the person was extremely nice.

Ants were coming into the kitchen the weekend prior to the annual appointment. I sprayed them with Roach and Ant spray that I had in the house. I discussed the problem with Joe and we found a dead one close to the site where they were coming in. He knew immediately that they were carpenter ants, said they prefer damp areas and said he would treat the outside where they were coming in. I haven't seen the ants since. I also found where silver fish were eating paper in a drawer and he put silverfish bait in the drawer and also in the bottom drawer to prevent further damage. These treatments were in addition to the usual annual treatment. Chris and his helper efficiently capped the vents with the covers. Chris explained that squirrels like to use the vents to file their teeth--something they need to do to avoid an overbite. I feel that Florida Pest Control is taking good care of preventing pest problems. I know that I may call anytime during the year if a pest problem occurs and they will come at no charge to me to eradicate the problem.

I renewed annual contract for quarterly service.

I am very satisfied with the service they provide. They are always on time. I have used them for years and have always been satisfied.

I called them this morning, and Bill was here to assess our property this afternoon. I'm not from Florida so I had a lot of questions about these bugs on steroids! He was patient and answered each of them. We opted for the quarterly pest control for $79 a quarter and purchased four yard treatments in a package deal for $179. This price seemed very reasonable as I don't enjoy suiting up to go to war against bugs. He also educated me about termites in Florida and explained to me their termite service. I was pleasantly surprised when he didn't push this on me and understood when I said I wanted to discuss it with my husband.

I've been very happy with them. I've been completely satisfied because they control all the insects. We have a lot of porches outside and they always sweep the ceilings and spiderwebs. We have cats and one time we had some fleas in the house and they worked diligently until we controlled all of that and got rid of them so I was very pleased. I have my termite contract with them also.

I used them for 10 years with great results but after Alan (he provided my service) retired the service was very bad and I had bug's crawling around no matter how many times I called them.

I am happy with them. It is a pretty large company. They get the job done. They charge me about $100 a year which isn't bad. They do a treatment and a checkup and then I think every five years they come and do a complete service. It seems to be working because I haven't had any termites. The quality of their work is fine. I am pleased with them. I used one other pest control company a long time ago. They were cheaper than Florida Pest Control and Chemical Co but I don't think they did a good job. I think I get what I pay for. Their responsiveness is very good and they are very professional. They are punctual. They are here when they say they will be. They have always been on time.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and I will be using them again in the future.

I had the exhaust pipes replaced by one worker as the other started the drilling and digging around my home for the Termidor treatment. The work was completed quickly and neatly. I was shocked that the porched was cleaned off completly after the drilling. I would recommend Florida Pest Control to all in need of this service.

We had just had a baby girl, and my wife was a little concerned about all of the bugs we had recently in the house. We keep a very clean home, so we were getting frustrated. We contacted Florida Pest Control, they came out and surveyed our situation, gave us an estimate, told us all the info we needed, and a ton more that we had no clue about. They came back 2 days later to actually treat the home. With a newborn in the home, we were concerned about any chemicals, which they explained would be absolutely safe, and told us exactly what they were made of. We have been very happy with the results. They brought more people to help finish the job. The salesmen and staff that came out didn't know what was going on with the wood floors, so it provided some unneeded drama that was annoying. They should have had better communication. In the end, they solved the problem, and made it work for me. Overall it was a good experience. They were friendly and they did their job.

.They do a really great job. They come and do an inspection of the house to make sure there isn't any termites and if there are they take care of it. We do this yearly and we haven't had any problems.

We've never really had a ny dislikes with them. They've been doing our home for years but if we have any problems we call and they send someone right out. We've never had an issue with them. Sometimes they run late.
