Dave was unable to unstop the sink though he did try very hard to help. He snaked the pipes with a 20 ft snake but the problem was beyond that distance. He recommended that we try a true plumber as he was a handyman. He only charged us $25. We would call Dave for any other projects we will have!

Electricity was coming out of our bathroom medicine cabinet and shocked me so that it knocked me off my feet.Although Dave was really swamped with jobs ,he took the time to come right over and check it out.He figured it out really fast and also repaired 2 switches and installed a ceiling fan.He really works very fast and is a great guy.I found him on Angie's list,and he'll be doing more work for us as soon as he's done his other jobs.I would recommend him to everyone.

We called him and he was slammed with work near the campus as school was starting back. He said it would be a few days which was fine. He came promptly at the time we agreed on. I had sent him pictures of the problem so he brought the part that he had purchased and showed us the receipt. He repaired the problem in short order and then almost apologized to us for charging 42..00 which included the price of the part. We really liked him and felt that he was very honest and reasonable. We would definitely call him again.

Handyman did not return phone call after initial contact.

I called Dave one afternoon and told him what I needed done in a rental property of mine and he came over the next morning. After scouting out the project and taking some measurements, he came back with the supplies. I had a small plumbing leak from a previous handyman who also did some shoddy electrical work. Dave stayed until 9PM to fix both the plumbing leak and make sure that the electrical was safe and properly grounded. If you want a job done right by a knowledgable handyman at a remarkably fair price, Dave is the guy.

The service went very well. He was a very hard worker and he persisted in doing the job. He was never discouraged by the fact that this was a very old house and there were challenges.

The job went fine and I think that the quality of his work was good. He was busy and difficult to come, but since it wasn?t an emergency I told him not to worry about it and when he could to work me in. He was fine and the quality of his work was good. He himself was very dirty and messy personally and he did not clean up after the job he did and were very minor. He was real careful and when he had to go buy things he checked with me. I will hire him again for small jobs.

Dave was great. I called with three small projects -- install a ceiling fan, repair a slow leak from a toilet and redo/repair a balcony deck. On the phone earlier in the day, he told me he was swamped and might not be able to come out until next week, which was no problem for me. However, he called later that evening and said he could come the next day, Saturday, to install the fan, fix the toilet and look at the deck. Perfect. The fan works great and he just had to tighten the bolts on the toilet. So no charge for the toilet. I am assigned to watch it in case that's not the fix and it still leaks. Then he'll come back. Angie's list has him hopping, so I'm calling him in two weeks to arrange a time for the deck project.

I was not home at the time, but my Mother-in-law said she watched the whole installation and was very impressed with his work.

Dave was great. He was on time, gave us a good price and did a good job. He even had time to make my 7 year old son feel like he was helping (he wasn't). Will definitely use again.

He came out to my house to fix an outlet for my house that I wasn't in town to trouble shoot and realized it just needed to be restarted and quickly fixed it and didn't charge me anything and even was able to stop by my house within a few hours on the same day!!

my experience with mr. forrestel was excellent. i have renters in this home and i am not local, but i feel he did a thorough and professional job and i would definitely use him again.

Dave came to the house and listened to us, and told us immediately if he could do the job, and what it would cost. He also explained what he could not do, but had recommendations for other fix-it people for those jobs. His work was correct, fast, and extremely reasonable. He even volunteered to patch a small crack in the roof of our screened porch--gratis. Dave would be the first person I'd call if another "fix" pops up. He is a gem.

We met with David. He looked at what had to be repaired and we agreed on a price. David has worked for us before. As we did before, we give him the keys, we agree on a timeline and thats that. The work is done in a professional and timely manner. We trust him. Yes I said TRUST! He completes the work and we are completely satisfied.

I needed to get a dripping faucet and a leaking pipe fixed at one of our rentals. I called Dave and he immediately answered my call telling me he could meet with me the next day. He was honest and upfront on the phone and in person. He told me that if the proplem required work that was either beyond his scope or if he could not fix it in a reasonable amount of time then he would tell me. Which was the case with the leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. He said he could fix it but because he was busy and that the it was going to take considerable work to fix that I would be better off hiring a plumber. But he did recommend a good plumber and told me what was going to have to be done and the choices I would have to make with the repair. We then went on to the dripping faucet. I had already tried replacing some washers and seals myself and told him that. He recommended that I should then replace the whole faucet because they really were not that expensive. He showed me step by step how to replace the faucet so that I could do it myself next time. Not only that but he went with me to the hardware store to give me some pointers on what kind of replacement to buy! This is above and beyond and I will use him again and again. Thanks Dave!

He was great! His prices are very reasonable. He did a good job. He gave me an estimate and it was totally accurate. I definately know who I am going to call anytime I need an honest and dependable handyman.
