Description of Work: It took the technician one second to see what the problem was once the cover was off. It was a bad capacitor, which he had a replacement part for on the truck. He and his trainee did the repair, checked the air output and were done within about 1/2 hour. He also explained the upcoming changes with freon units and current rebates since my unit is past the normal life expectancy. Overall, great guys and quick responsive service. The price was high for the service cost because it was a Saturday morning call, but it would have been tough to wait two more days for service and not likely worth the rate difference considering we're in summer temps.
