Description of Work: We've moved in to a house where the AC was not working. When I called Comfort Temp on a Friday afternoon, I was expecting to "make an appointment" for the following week. But, they sent someone out that same afternoon. (She said that they wanted us to have AC through the weekend.) | |The service tech, Mike Blackwelder, obviously ran into problems with the unit, yet he persevered until he had the AC up and running. | |Comfort Temp also offers a "Maintenance Agreement" which helps to bring the price of their service calls down. I am delighted with that, since now, they will schedule an appointment when it's time to make sure the heat pump is working and ready for the winter. | |Overall, considering some of the other AC companies I've worked with, Comfort Temp's rating should be A++. | | |

Wonderful experience, would highly recommend them. In fact, we found out that the manufacturer has had complaints and we can get the coils replaced so that this won't happen again. Unfortunately, this is labor intense so we have to find out the exact cost but I trust Comfort Temp. They were honest, reliable, and came when no one else would.
Description of Work: Our Goodman air conditioning unit has a tiny leak and every so often it causes ice to form and block the unit. When that happens, we have to melt the ice in order to have a company come out to repair the unit. The guy who came out from Comfort Temp was wonderful and fixed it properly.

excellent.. substatially lower cost than other bidders with higher eff due to bigger copper tubing installed plus higher rebate due to duct test.. extrmely pleased with recommendations, results,quality of work in addition to substantial cost savings.. would recommend comfort temp and rep steve jurambski to all

I can't overstate how nice, careful, thorough and professional everyone was. The entire transaction went off without any trouble or complications. I have recommended these folks to some friends already and will do so in the future.
Description of Work: They installed a new AC and gas furnace, retaped and resealed the ductwork and vents, replacing 22 year old units. They worked with our utility company to ensure that what was done met the requirements to get a large rebate from the company. They started at 8 am and worked without taking a lunch break until ten minutes past five in the afternoon.

Had 3 companies leave a quote. Comfort Temp is the company that had been doing the maintenance on my old unit. Comfort Temp gave me the best price, on a better SEER unit, and included, for free, attic duct repair. They did an excellent job in the installation of the new units and did a wonderful job in my attic repairing squirrel damage and other leaks. They also taped up the leaks around each air intake in the house. They showed up on time. Everyone was friendly, polite, and American. They left when they were scheduled to be done. Our salesman, Steve, was here during the entire installation in case anything came up. He even filled our all the rebate forms to turn into GRU and gave me the information for the Federal tax credits. If I had to do it over again, Comfort Temp is the company I would use.

They might be a little pricier than everybody else, but, they do an excellent work. You're never going to have to second guess it. I pay 200 dollars for them to come twice a year for maintenance and If they find anything they give me a 10% discount on any repairs.
Description of Work: They have installed two air conditioning systems and have done pretty much all the repairs for the last 25 years. They do maintenance on all my systems twice a year.
