The man who supervised the job was extremely knowledgeable about the all the different considerations to go into how to choose an air conditioner. Everything they did was very professional and the job was high quality work. He was also very knowledgeable about all of the credits that were available. They did a great job.

They had previously came out to inspect our unit. Since they did a good job, we hired them for the repair. We like Comfort Temp a lot! They are very knowledgeable and reliable. They are really great!

I have been using their services for about thirty years. The technician who comes had been punctual and reliable. They are competent and are terrific! I would recommend them to others.

I have been using their services for over twelve years. I have worked closely with Tom, the owner, and Ted. Everyone I have worked with in their company has been professional, accommodating, reliable, and helpful. Their costs have always been very reasonable. They have done their very best to maintain the cost that they estimates for the work. When I have had emergency need for repairs on the weekend, they respond very quickly and if they need to come out, they do within 30 minutes or so. They have always provided excellent services and go the extra mile.

Summertime in Florida without A/C is no fun. Comfort Temp's Josh (Gainesville) found out the problem immediately (I used to be the superhero in the house - now my wife says to call Josh!). Anyways, he got the motor replaced at a very affordable price and had one ready to go. We also had Richard's ductwork team separately do the cleaning of all our home's ducts. Between that and the A/C we are feeling much better. These folks are not only good at what they do they truly represent their company well with their "can do" attitudes. Tom and Steve - these guys are "keepers". I have had other companies' technicians in our home over the years for painting, electrical, etc. and it is not uncommon to hear them belittle the competition or even their own managers. These guys; however, are always upbeat and if they don't have the answer they know who to call at the office to get it. We cannot speak highly enough of the Comfort Temp crews. Bill & Connie Stengle

Old system was carefully removed and new system installed in about 5 hours. The system was a 1.5 ton 13 seer Lennox heat pump. The work was professionally completed and the inspection took very little time. I am very pleased with the new system and will certainly use Comfort Temp in the future.

They managed to squeeze me in on a very tight time schedule; I wanted the ducts cleaned prior to us moving in on Saturday, to remove a terrible odor. Although, they arrived 30 minutes later than scheduled, but more than made up for that. They didn't leave a trace of dirt, dust, or debris on any of the carpets or tiles. They even painted over the vents that were stained! We were very pleased with the level of knowledge of our service providers and the fact that they took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand it. They were the second lowest bid of 4. The lowest bid was only $100 less and came from a company that wasn't able to come and do the work for 2 weeks after we moved. I would definitely hire this company again and already recommended them to a friend.

Things went smooth and efficient. Dents were found in the new unit upon opening the box, and they took it upon them selves to replaced it right away. After the installation was complete, they check the ductwork for leaks and made any cosmetic repairs needed.They did a great job.The county inspector finalized the job and commented on the fine work that Comp Air always does.

They're damn good, and their prices were a lot less. I checked with one of Angie's List's several rate companies, and one of them was twice as much as this company. Their service representative were very knowledgeable and very good! I would definitely use them again.

Quite well even though it took patience and expert knowledge on the part of Residential Sales Manager Bryan Schneider to deal with our home's special problems. He responded quickly and creatively to make this job a winner for us. The York Affinity unit itself is great; the installers professional as well. Bryan followed up at each step of the install, a job well done. We would recommend this company and Bryan without reservation.

Well worth the price paid, felt like I got a really good value - only with I had got it a year earlier to get the tax credit and Florida rebate...

When my 20 year old AC system failed and I called Comfort Temp, the technician doing the inital inpsection fully explained the problem to me. I then spoke with Bryan who fully explained the benefits of a new system and the incentives currently available. When I made the decision to have a new system installed, Bryan set a date for the installation. When tropical storm Debby delayed the installation, Bryan immediately and regularly communicated to me the status of the process and when installation could be re-scheduled. Workers arrived, as scheduled, at 8:30 AM on June 27, 2012 and had the job completed by 6:00 PM. The two technicians, Danny and Garrett, made a great team and were willing to explain things to me when I asked during the installation process. They made a complex installation process seem easy. From the inital service call, to the sales discussion to final installation...to the air leak check, arranged by Comfort Temp...it was a trouble free, pleasant process. I can, without reservation, recommend Comfort Temp to anyone considering intsalling a new AC system.

The job started on time but did take longer than anticipated,however the crew for this company would not leave till all was completed and double checked.

They came early, and they did a full diagnostic before I got home. They gave me all the information about the issue before they did the job. They did an excellent service.

I tried another company first, but was put on hold for long enough to cause me to hang up. I then tried Comfort Temp who has provided me with service in the past. Not only did I get to speak to someone in their service department immediately, I was told they could get someone to my mother's home that afternoon. We were assigned an appt. time between 2 and 4 p.m. and they were there by 3:30. Turns out the board was fried and needed to be replaced which didn't surprise me at all. It's a very old system. He got the a.c. back on right away so my mother could get some cool air in there, and then ran back to the shop to get the part which he installed immediately. I spoke to him on the phone as I had already returned to my house at that point. He was courteous and treated my mother kindly.

Comfort Temp sent a technician over within an hour of my 3pm call. The tech came to our house immediately after he finished another job in our neighborhood. He correctly diagnosed our problem as a bad thermostat, and temporarily wired our AC unit so that we could use it until he came back the next day. He did come back, right on time, and installed the new thermostat. The price was a little higher than we expected, but the service was fast and very professional, and our AC/Heat Pump is still working well after four weeks.

I got through Living Social. They were very nice and professional.

I've had good experiences with them, but there was a recent change of management and last year something stopped working on our newer system they came to fix it. I had to pay for that since the warranty was on the parts but not the labor. Two weeks later it broke down again during the next two months they came back half a dozen times to try to fix it. Finally the regional service manager had to come and trouble shoot and discovered the problem. That was fine, but then they sent me a bill for $600 for every time they came out and didn't fix it. It left a bad taste in my mouth. It turned out that the regional service manager was across the street at the time, so I showed him the bill and he made it go away, which I appreciated. I want to give them another chance since I've been working with them for 15 years, so I'm continuing the maintenance schedule this year.

The technicians arrived at promptly 8:30am amd worked to 8:30 pm to complete the job. All old equipment was hauled away and I was told recycled and the job area cleaned. Use of the new high tech thermstats was completely explained before the techs left.

The technician was helpful and efficient. He correctly diagnosed an affordable fix, and did not try to push any unnecessary service. Excellent experience.

Tom Worthmann and Lucille Worthmann are the owners of the company. They were very good. The whole thing was $6600. The other systems were like $8080 and $8900 which were at the top of the estimates. There was also a tax break of $1500 along with a rebate of $300, which brought it down to $4820. I had to pay the entire $6000 in order to get rebate. I had to get all the papers signed before the end of the year. So I am very pleased with my new heating system. It was a big job because of so many things that they did. All the stuff done by them would have cost more for the time it took them because they had to stay until 6:30 to finish the job and they had started at 8:00. I had told them about the hole in the duct and they said they would do it and they did it. On top of that, the price was fantastic. It was something I could afford. Moreover it?s a major company with a major type of system. They were very nice. The guy that actually sold the system came by at the end because I was trying to sign the papers and he gave me a hug when he left. He was very sweet. However, the whole deal was made by the guy who owns the company. They told me that I am a nice lady and I also play tennis with the boss?s wife. They were very professional, but they have a girl on the phone that has a tendency to call people sweetie and honey. I objected to her and that was in the very beginning when I first called them. She started calling me these words and I just didn?t like it. That was the only thing, but they were on time on the day they said they were coming. There was something going on with the appointment and they didn?t call me back, which was at the very beginning. So I had to call them again, but I wanted to do it based on their recommendations. It will last for 20 years because of the quality of the system and the way they put it in. They came back and fixed the duct. They stayed until the job was done on the day that they put it in. I will continue to use them because they are going to do the service.

They also took care of the entire paper work like filling forms for the rebate and I did not have to do anything. Everything went smoothly and we were very pleased with their services. Their final bill was lower than their estimate. Their price was reasonable. We also signed a three year maintenance agreement with them.

I have an annual service contract with Comfort Temp. The gentleman who services my home is polite and cleans up well. He is very personable.
