Overall, the experience was good. They did their job, were quick, and didn’t make a mess. I’d use their services again.

They did a pretty good job. They met our estimate and did what they said they would do. I was pleased with what they did.

I had my house prepared for their arrival and had already moved almost all of the furniture out. I also had removed several of the electrical outlet plates, thinking the painters would remove the remaining ones, which they didn't. They were late arriving both mornings, but once they did get here, they worked very quickly (I don't even think they took a lunch break), and the job was completed in the 2 days as promised. They cleaned up very well after each days work. I found a few touch-up spots once the paint had dried, but I took care of them myself with the extra paint they had left. All in all, they were great to work with and I'm very happy with the final result.

Because of water damage from leaking undersink pipe while away we needed the walls primed and painted throughout the house. They did exactly what was outlined in the estimate and they were on time and professional. They removed all switch covers and blinds and covered the floors and furniture well. They arrived at the scheduled time and competed the work on schedule. Great Job!

They were amazing. The owner contacted us in a timely manner and had his crew out there in time for our furniture to be delivered. Less than a week. The paint crew was wonderful - very professional, friendly, and engaging, but when they were working you hardly knew they were there. The finished product was perfectly painted ceilings and walls and not one bit of mess to clean up. Perfect.

The end result was for the most part satisfactory. However, it was a fight to get to that point, and our door never came out well. Addionally, I recently had to call them in to do a warranty repair on the paint that was on the piece of siding they replaced. I will not work with them again; just too much hassle when I want things to be easy/handled by the professionals. I beleive the owner, Mark, did try to resolve things for us and seems to be a good guy - it was just all in all not a pleasant or easy experience, regardless of that. In more detail: - Lead painter for our house was rather curt and not very communicative. This would be fine, if we didn't end up running into problems that we wanted updates on the resolution of. Also not generally on time. - Owner had come out and indicated our front door could be painted, and included that in the quote. Ultimately the paint team came out and decided that the door either couldn't be painted (it's not wood, it's a cheapie builder grade model) or that it was just cheaper to put a new one in - I honestly don't remember which. At first I thought it was great of them to offer to do that for within the same price and was happy with the replace-the-door solution. However, when the guys came back to put the new door on, they did so late in the afternoon. When they left, there was a no less than 2" gap at the bottom of the door b/t the door and the floor, presumably b/c they measured wrong to get a replacement door. (Not sure how else that would've happened!). The guy who installed it left for the day, and told us to stuff towels under the door until he could come back the next day to fix it. Husband thought this was weird and I wasn't home, so we just planned to proceed that way. He didn't come back on time the next day, so husband and I went to work, leaving towels under the door. We have a very large dog who is too smart for his own good. Came home that night to find that our dog - because the door was some sort of metal hollow core -- had actually pried up the bottom of the door since there was so much of a gap, bent it all the way up, and escaped from the house! On top of that, the hole he managed to create from that 2" was big enough for a small man or medium child to get into the house, for our cats to get out, and various other safety issues. Further, our dog was injured during this process. Now, I know it's not their fault that our dog turned out to be big (and smart, and stubborn, and curious) enough to break a hole in the door. However, if they'd measured/replaced the door appropriately in the first place to not have a 2" gap, or had shown up on time the next day, this wouldn't have happened. I called the owner, Mark, and told him that we just wanted to be done with his company and wanted our old - now ugly, banged up, and peeling -- door back. They still had it, and came back, installed it, and we were done. - Cut to a few months ago, I noticed that the piece of sidign we'd paid them to replace and paint was darkened significantly on the side of my house. I wasn't sure if it was still under warranty, so emailed CertaPro corporate to find out how to get a fix. They forwarded back to Mark (I'd lost his contact info), who responded a number of days later to say that someone would come take a look. He later explained that the darkening was mildew due to having used a poor primer when the house was painted, and that they'd take care of it. However, the fix ended up taking about 6 weeks to get done, and only finally occurred after I emailed to let him know that things weren't getting done. All in all I really do think Mark tries to do right by his customers, but my impression is that he leans heavily on his team(s) to get the work done and manage their projects/progress and that some of his teammembers are perhaps not up to that challenge. And since I don't want to have to worry about delays, or things being done wrong (door size, primer selection), I don't plan to use their services again.

It went very well from start to finish; I got a detailed estimate; the guys who did the work were polite and congenial; and I am very happy with the finished product. The paint matches very well, and the advice to do two walls - while it might seem at first this would just increase the cost - did actually make the whole side of the house look much better.
