Charley and his crew were outstanding.

The crew, headed up by Mark Mathew and Nik Rasmus, was on time, very professional and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with everything that they did and all was done the way I wanted. The paint job was up to my expectations. They were neat and clean and as I said did everything I asked to complete the job. They finished, cleaned up, and were gone in a timely fashion (about a day and a half). I would definitely hire them again. The house looks great.

Entire interior home. Walls,ceilings,baseboards,door frames. Also pressure washed outside of home. This is one of the best businesses I have every dealt with. The moved the heavy furniture and used drop clothes over them and floors. They were timely, professional, did exactly what they stated in the contract. Used high quality Sherwin-Williams paint. Am going to hire them to do outside window trim.

We had a bathroom and three spare bedrooms painted by CertaPro, including ceilings and trim. The bathroom required some extra attention, as I had spent two days last year trying to remove decades-old wallpaper and had left some patches of paper and glue. Everyone from Charley to Leah to the paint crew were responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the process, from providing a quote to completing the job. A team of four painters arrived around 9:30 and was completely finished painting and cleaning up after themselves by 4:30 that afternoon! They did a fantastic job, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Charley, the owner, arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He walked around with me and listened to all my concerns. My fence was heavily stained with mildew and 12 years of dirt buildup, but he told me they would do their best to clean it. He said his team could do the wood repair work if it didn't involve anything structural, which it didn't. His painters arrived on March 16 and began some prep work and started cleaning the fence. Due to rain, they didn't come back until March 21. They worked for two days, finishing up late on March 22. It was getting late and they had another job site they wanted to go check out, so we didn't do a thorough inspection at that time. The next day I was able to walk around and check out the house. I found some areas that needed to be touched up or cleaned up, due to paint overspray. Even though I paid more for the carpentry work than I was quoted, I was not happy with the repair work done to the columns or the fascia. I waited until Monday to call Charley and tell him I wasn't satisfied with the carpentry work. He came back to my house and took photos of all the things I needed done or redone, and reassured me that he would make sure it was taken care of properly and to my satisfaction. It took them a couple of weeks to return, but Charley called me to let me know he hadn't forgotten about me. The painters returned and as usual were very polite and willing to correct my concerns. Everything was taken care of and met with my approval. They even painted my patio for no charge. The fence looks 100% better, too. This made me very happy. Charley even hauled off some things for me. The house looks just like it did when it was built in 2005.

Went very well. The crew did a very good job, were timely and were very professional.

Mr. Rye came out on 11/5/2015 and provided exterior painting quote. Returned at another date with S/W paint rep. He then provided an modified quote based on discussions with paint rep. We decided to go with Certa-Pro and was excited the hunt was over (hunt for a painter). On 11/16 I accepted his quote and asked when they would be able to do the job. Didn't hear from Rye for a while. Finally he replied that he had decided to decline the job.

They did a good job. I thought the price was high but I had 5 estimates and they were all in ballpark. The way they put the paint on my house was not quite the same as the way the owner had told me they would do it when he was out here. The painters kept telling me that he didn't know what he was talking about. It wouldn't look right. There were some differences between what was told and what they actually did. I would ask more questions and I would get more bids. I wouldn't automatically go back to them.

Most of my experience with Certa Pro was excellent. Charley (owner) was able to come out very quickly to do an estimate, arrived on time, and was very professional. Their quote was very competitive and I was impressed with the organization. They were able to schedule our painting during the days requested (and actually started a day early). Charley kept in contact during the time between signing the contract and the painting regarding time frame, color choices, etc. The painters arrived on time and were friendly and polite. They did a good job covering up some dark colors that were in the house prior to us purchasing it. There were two painters, but we talked mostly with Steve. After he was done, we did a walk through of the house quickly and had him touch up a couple of areas and fill in a dent in the wall that had been missed. It was after he had left (next day actually) that we did have some issues. Once we had the chance to look at everything more closely, we realized that there were small paint splatters around the baseboards in every room that had been painted. There were also some paint splatters extending into the hallway adjacent to one of the painted areas. We also found some obvious dents in the wall that had not been repaired (despite the contract stating that drywall would be repaired). We emailed some pictures to Charley immediately and he replied promptly letting us know that though Steve had used a drop cloth, they could come back and clean up the paint. We had actually come home on the last day of painting to find Steve at one point NOT using a drop cloth on the baseboards, but we are unsure of what had been used to protect the floors for the rest of the job. We had already made a good start on cleaning up the paint at the point of receiving the email, and didn't really feel confident in having them come back given that we felt they had been a bit careless and had not protected the floors as had been promised. Two of us spent 3-4 hours cleaning and scraping away paint marks with our fingernails, and needless to say, were not terribly happy about this. We do feel like Charley did try to make things right, although it took some convincing that the paint was not there already (it was most certainly not) and that his painters had not done a quality job cleaning, and it took a few days for him to get back to us with a resolution (small amount of money off of the cost). Overall, most of what Certa Pro did was great. However, the lack of protection of our floors and apparent carelessness led to our rating as above and decision that we would not hire them again.

Everything went very well and they responded quickly. The service was done over a weekend so we did not have to shut down our facility at all.

We were very, very happy with their service. They did a lot of little work which we appreciated. They did detailed work. We had damage done by a moving company on the inside of the home, and Charley sent out a worker a few days later to repair the damage and paint the area. They were all very polite and clean.

It went great! The CertaPro painters were right on time each day (it took 3 days to complete), and their professionalism couldn't have been better. They spent a good deal of time at the very end cleaning up after themselves and addressing any small painting irregularities. They would have spent as much time as needed to ensure that we were happy.

These guys are great! Professional, punctual, courteous. Best, they are SKILLED. Chris cuts in a straight line (against a contrasting background) better than anyone I've seen, and there were very few drips or smears. These guys work hard and smart. I have no complaints. The price was fair -- we ended up changing the terms of the contract a couple of times, to our mutual satisfaction. Overall a very positive experience.

My only complaint is the crew that performed the work was a little unprofessional in there behavior and did not protect the floors well at all. There work as far as straight cut lines and quickness was excellent. However I was very nervous about the paint getting on our brand new hardwood floor and I did have to clean up a few spots that were tracked through the house. I could not recommend that crew going into a home with carpet or nice furniture. Otherwise the end product was great. Also the color consultant that Mark the manager keeps on staff was very helpful and great.

This is the second time I've used CertaPro Painters. Nick and Lisa are wonderful and do a terrific job. We purchased the home with three bathrooms and a foyer with the ugliest 1980's wallpaper ever! When they were here the first time, they literally marveled at it, told me what it would be like to strip, and, good sales people that they are, that I should let them do it. I put it off for three years, and after getting halfway through stripping the wallpaper, I decided they were RIGHT! Mark Wortham came out quickly after I called them and gave an estimate that I thought was very fair. In two weeks Nick and Lisa showed up, and before I knew it I had a completely different and updated look in my home. They are super professional, yet friendly. Work quietly, efficiently, and neatly. What more could you want in painters? I know wallpaper is coming back in style, but not in my house! But CertaPro painters will be here for my next job. Outside? Could be.

They're timely. They contact me with any changes or concerns immediately. The estimate they gave me was thorough, complete & in writing. The estimate was very reasonable

It went very well. This is the third time I have used Certapro for interior and exterior painting. Nick and Lisa did all three jobs and I would request them again. We had the entire exterior painted, the ceilings in our main living area and then the doors and frames. Mark Wortham, the franchise owner, was punctual and was able to give me a quote on the spot. Painters were quick, conscientious of our home and great to work with. I highly recommend Certapro for your painting needs.

We decided to hire painters for our newly purchased house because we thought it would be less stressful than doing it ourselves but we were wrong. We chose this company because it came highly recommended by our real estate agent so we were incredibly disappointed with that we got. While they came out quickly to do the quote (within 24 hours) and stuck to the initial quoted price, that is about all the positive I can say. First, the individual who did the quote basically subcontracts the work, which makes it more expensive than it might otherwise be. Second, despite assurances from the man who did the quote that he would stop in to oversee the work, he came the first day to introduce us to the subcontractor and then we never saw him again. The subcontractor, who we were told was "the one who would be doing the painting," also rarely showed his face after the first day, and only then because I called to complain about the amount of time it was taking to paint. Third, we were very specific when hiring this company that we planned to have cleaners and carpet cleaners in as well, but that we would schedule them around the painters so we needed to know their timeline. We were told "one day to patch, one day to paint." However, we discovered he had told the subcontractors, one day to patch and TWO days to paint, which meant they were overlapping with our cleaners, which was a disaster. When I called to discuss this with him and ask that he supply additional painters to meet the promised deadline, he denied knowing anything about cleaners (despite both phone calls and e-mails between us discussing it), then tried to claim that we had discussed and agreed to the two days of painting, and then began to blame me, stating that I "rushed" him into agreeing to the project. I found his behavior incredibly rude and unprofessional. Lastly, the quality of work was no better than I could have done myself and perhaps less so. They were too lazy to tape more than one room or to remove the outlet covers, so there are swipes of paint all over our beautiful wood baseboards and trim, not to mention our ceilings. There are places where you can clearly see the previous paint color because they missed parts or only did one coat when it needed more. They left trash in our house. Bottomline: Not worth the money. An awful experience and one we will not repeat.

We had a little weather delay but once they got started the work was done quickly and carefully. They did a very nice job and the crew was courteous and accommodating. Cleaned up every day and were very careful with the landscaping plants, etc. Overall a very good experience with a professional company.

We built our home in July of 2009. The color was Sherwin Williams Thunderous, which is in the dark grey family but looks green. Apparently, like all new home builders , the builder paid the painting contractor the lowest bud, and the painter in turn used a low grade quality paint which he then applied a very thin coat. In about four years, the paint went from a dark green to a faded grey and looked horrible. We had contacted the owner, Mark, a year ago but did not have the money at the time to paint whole exterior but instead had them repaint the front door and frint window trim When we contacted him again for the exterior a year later, he still honored his original quote. I contacted several other painters, and their quotes ranged from $3000-8000! Mark was only $1600. They arrived when they said and on first day pressure washed th exterior. Then they came back and re caulked the hardy board and applied a thick coat with gloss. The house looks brand new and I will definitely use Certapro again in the future. Oh, I forgot to mention than when we first moved in, they came and painted an interior wall and our bedroom ceiling and it still looks great.

Estimate was efficient, workers arrived as scheduled, performed work well and as promised.

THE PRESSURE WASHING HAD TO BE DONE A SECOND TIME. THE PAINTING OF WALLS,TRIM & DOORS WAS FLAWLESS.

The gentleman was professional, and the quote was fairly detailed. He wasn't the painter, he was lining up business, so I didn't really know who was going to do the work.

The work turned out fine. I thought their price was reasonable. We were satisfied with their services and plan to use them again.
