Customer rated the SP were excellent and very cordial and very professional. One of them is more professional and he knew quite a bit about the plumbing. Customer is a senior citizen and retired and they gave customer a very good money wise discounts which customer believe that every senior citizen who were retired deserves well. Customer will recommend the SP to friend and colleague.

Even with a discount, the price of buying a new hot water heater and having it installed by this company was WAY more than I had been led to expect by a property manager friend. My old HWH started leaking water into the garage so rapidly that I didn't have the luxury of getting more than 1 pro to come and give me an estimate. I needed work done ASAP to avoid damage, so I needed to hire whoever could come the soonest. I inquired online on Tues. night and someone was here by 11 the next day! (Today) Fortunately, I do recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Their technician who came was personable, courteous, attentive, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I'm grateful.

They contacted me really fast, scheduled my repair for the next day. The technician arrived on time, explained everything and did the repair quickly. Cleaned up afterward.

Got the job done! It was pricey but was able to finance. Great customer service.

Service rep was very good. Turnaround time from placing the request was adequate. Price quote from Angi was lower than actual price even with some discount that was applied.

Very professional

In Tueday, I had scheduled an appointment for Friday because my part was arriving late Thursday. They called me the last minute the day of and told me they had to cancel and couldn't come to me until Sunday. I had company coming on Sunday. They couldn't even fit me in on Saturday. I canceled the job and will not recommend them to anyone. I was fortunate to find a plumber late on Friday that came right away, didn't charge me extra, and also fixed a second issue that arose list minute.

Need to finish. Repairs required.

Did not do what the website says they could.

We appreciated that Mike came quickly and fixed our issue so we could have water again.

Benjamin Franklin plumbing did an excellent job removing my old Cast iron plumbing and replacing it with PVC plumbing. They were very courteous and I especially liked Norman who did the estimate for the job and Ryan the lead plumber. Very nice plumbers. I would recommend them to others for their plumbing needs.
