They replace the Rod of the water heater and they did an excellent job

Great experience with Benjamin Franklin, they responded quickly and sent out a great plumber (sorry I can’t remember his name). He provided 2 quotes and once accepted got to work. My mom now has water! We will use this company going forward for all of our plumbing needs.

Price was a little more than expected but the work was done well. Contractor was professional and nice. And they had an efficient way of communicating.

Easy to work with from initial engagement, sales, and technical work. All were knowledgeable, no up-sale or shenanigans, and laid out my options nicely. Professional, courteous, and excellent clean-up. Cannot ask for more, obviously very pleased.

They never showed up after initial visit to estimate job. Sent me notification for two separate day to do work and never arrive nor called.

They came and provided an estimate for a repipe of the house, then repaired my leaking pipe..

Eddie did a great job and removed and installed in one hour. Angie quoted me $194 for a one piece toilet removal and replacement for new so I was shocked at $400 quote for same job. I got $350 offer; however I'm considering filing a complaint with Better Bysiness Bureau and Ashley Moody for exorbitant and unfair pricing.

They contacted me immediately after requesting a quote through Angi. We established an appointment time and although they did not make the initial time, they contacted me to alert me that there was a delay but they did show up the same day and resolved all of the plumbing issues. They were courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

They were prompt in responding to the original request, scheduling the appointment and arriving the day of the assessment and repair. They made the service call as painless and streamlined as possible with the replacement using an attractive Moen faucet fixture they had in the truck with them. They were courteous, professional and supplied a useful invoice after they completed the work.
