Description of Work: I schedule a meeting at my home with Mr. Kelley and he arrived on time and we discussed my plans and he rooms some measurements. I waited two weeks to hear back and having not received any calls or emails I wrote to inquire about the status of my quote. They reply I received stated that Mr. Kelley was busy but that he had my quote ready and it would be emailed the next morning. I waited two more weeks. Having still received no calls or emails I once again emailed the same quote inquiry and this time was told that they are in the process of relocating and will not be able to accommodate my job. I have no problem with someone not being able to do the job I am requesting, but it is completely unprofessional to simply ignore anyone whose job you've decided you can't do. Communication is the number one requirement of customer service and on this they fall flat.

Description of Work: Great company. We had a lot of small damaged drywall areas in kitchen due to new cabinets installed by another contractor. We also had a plumbing leak that caused a good size piece of drywall having to be cut out of wall to repair pipe. Brian repaired all the damaged wall areas and they look like new. He also noticed that one of the kitchen cabinet drawers wasn't closing correctly & took time to do an adjustment on the track, now it closes perfectly. I couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done and with Brian's character and professionalism. He also did a great job of covering up everything to protect our cabinetry and cleaned up everything before he left. I would highly recommend him for all your general contracting jobs.
