Description of Work: We have used Murrell three times, once in our former home and twice in our new home. The first two repairs were done very efficiently and professionally, but that is not the best part of the story. Our most recent call to Murrell was for a problem we were having with the temperature probe in our Bosch oven. Instead of coming out and charging us for a service call they were able to diagnose the problem on the phone and suggest a solution - hallelujah! Shortly thereafter we had a completely different problem with the same oven and once again they suggested a solution over the phone and it worked. That is what I call GREAT service.

Description of Work: Called Murrell based on Angie's List Reviews which were good. Their cost was a bit higher than the previous appliance company I have been using. |This was for a dish washer that had been installed (used) but was not working. Washer looked so clean and new that I thought it had to be something more reasonable than buying a brand new one. |Took a chance...the repairman quickly found that the electrical connection under the bottom front panel had become disconnected...took him 2 seconds! |Also did some work with the sprayer arm. It's been working great ever since. |Would definitely call Murrell again. Repairman was highly knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. Didn't mind my dog bothering him the entire time either!

Description of Work: Our Refrigerator quit working. I called Murrell based on Angies list. Since it was a Friday afternoon before a 3 day week end the woman who answered the phone (Mary I believe) was unable to get a technician out to my house until the following Tuesday. Since I was literally having a "melt down," she listened to my descriptions of the symptoms and diagnosed my problem and provided me suggestions to get the unit to temporarily work until they could get someone out on Tuesday. She also told me approximately what it might cost to fix it. She, of course, noted she wasn't a technician and couldn't be sure of what was wrong but provided me her best guess and suggestions. I did what she recommended and got the unit working. Prior to Tuesday we decided to get a new refrigerator rather than repairing the malfunctioning one (which continued to work until hauled away). I called and canceled our appointment. They were very understanding and supportive. Throughout my ordeal, Mary was so friendly, cheerful and helpful that I was most grateful and on the assumption that the rest of the organization is as professional and caring as she was, I will definitely call on them, the next time I have a large appliance problem. Thank you, Mary.

Description of Work: It turned out the dishwasher wasn't broken but the serviceman checked it all out anyway. I did want to correct the name of the company though. Murrell Inc. not Murrell Appliance Service. I told them I would let you know.
