Everything went very well. Responsive to the request for a quote, quick to provide pricing and schedule. Actually did the installation much sooner then promised. Excellent job, painless project. I recommend Alufab for all future jobs.

Went very well. Saleman Jack was very informative and helpful. The installation crew were polite, efficient , and prompt. Will plan on using them again for window storm shutters.

We were expecting a 4 month wait, but it took only 6 weeks and we got our shutters installed in one day. The roll down shutter took a bit longer because we needed two inspections from the city to meet hurricane standards. We passed in 2 weeks time! We had a dent on the cover of the roll down shutter, and it was replaced within a three week window of when it occurred by the company. This was the 2nd time we have used ALUFAB USA and they are really best in price and in service! We have recommended them to our neighbors and they are buying their product too!

Alufab was excellent top to bottom. We had great contact with the salesman Jack Lengel, as well as the owner Marco, and Terry in the office. The installing team did the job professionally and efficiently and cleanup was perfect.

Jack came to look at our windows and give an estimate. I was a little surprised at how little time he spent with me compared to other companies. I spoke with him for maybe 5 minutes and he spent about 10-15 minutes outside the house taking measurements and then left. He was very nice, but it just felt strange considering the amount of money possibly being spent. He emailed me a quote which was very high compared to another extremely reputable company according to angies list. I have know idea about the work they do, but it seems like according to others they do a nice job. I just can't get over the lack of time spent with me even though he mentioned I could call with any questions. The problem is, most of the questions I would ask is a result of the time other companies spent explaining things to me as I have never replaced windows before. I wish the company all the best and hopefully they learn to put forth a little more customer service on the initial visit of others. First impressions mean a lot.

Alufab USA was great. All people who we had contact with were very friendly and professional. Only issue we had was the electrical sub-contractor they used did not complete the job properly the first time. The county inspector would not approve his work, which was minor. But it took the sub-contractor from end of Oct 2017 until Jan 2018 to come back and do what was needed to have county inspector finally sign off on installation. Overall we are very pleased with Alufab USA

Salesman Jack was excellent to work with through the quote process. Given lots of info to make a sound decision. Just had a chance to inspect the shutters and they look fantastic. Now we are ready for the next storm!

We did this work after the latest hurricane. I was expecting all the pricing to be high. We got three prices. Alufab was the lowest price by 30% compared to a Naples company who quoted the same type of installation. They were on time and courteous. Gave us a price on the spot. They know all the code requirements for our locale. They help with documentation for our condo association and provided the permit (part of their fee). They work with us on the installation schedule so my wife could be down to review. Truly painless

Following Hurricane Irma, there was increased demand for hurricane protection, but Alufab gave us an estimate promptly and completed the project promptly. Jack Lengel, our sales representative was especially responsive and helpful, even preparing all of the paperwork necessary for our HOA approval. I would recommend Alufab with no reservations.

They came in little high but didn't go over the quality of locking systems that were good or this one is the absolute best.

They shutters are super terrific and work perfectly. the work was done well and our contact was Jack Lengel with whom we were in constant communication; he helped us through all the paperwork required of such a job, checked in to make sure we were happy with the work and was extremely patient with us while we took months and months to make up our minds! we highly recommend this company and especially the experience of dealing with Jack who made this such a breeze and took away any anxiety associated with having work of this nature done. The cost is variable depending on how much of your house you have shuttered; we only did the rear of our home because it was the most exposed. right now, in the midst of hurricane erma, i would say that price is less important than it might seem at other times!

The office staff was also excellent. My windows looks beautiful and the accordion shutter on the balcony is very strong. Fabulous company to work with.

I think they did a great job, very satisfied with the product and the office staff - who helped explain a lot to an Indiana girl who didn't understand the meaning of the specs for hurricane shutters! Only comment, which they graciously heard, was that I would have appreciated notice when they were installing (I'm out of town). However, they are the primary installer for the building and scheduled me as soon as they had an opening. Very fast installation! Really nice people to work with also!

The installation went extremely well...done in time estimate they gave us. Two gentlemen did the job and they were terrific....polite, professional, cleaned up after each installation and kept us informed of how things were progressing with the job. They did an excellent job!!!
