We had new hurricane shutters installed one week before Hurricane Ian. They hadn’t been inspected and we hadn’t paid our balance before the storm hit. Great test of the shutters. Alufab installed quickly and we’re thrilled with the results.

Courteous, Competent, and Complete From initial estimate, to HOA approval, to installation, to permit closeout the work was done right and on time the first time. Especially liked the communication effort by AluFab to respond to my questions and keep me informed. Special shoutout to their estimator Jack Lengel.

Absolutely no problems whatsoever from quote to installation. Asked on internet for quote. Responded promptly, set appointment and salesman was on time. He made suggestions for asthetics and to stay within our budget. After we accepted the quote, they called and made the installation appointment, the installers were on time, did the installation and cleaned up afterward. The shutters appear to be high quality heavy enameled aluminum and should last a long time. And the price quite reasonable compared to other companies. Very happy with the whole process unlike the horror stories you hear about other contractors.

It went great. Besides doing all the work very professionally, they completed all the paper work that the HOA required. I would hire them again. I thought that the cost was fair.

Jack, from Alufab sales, worked with me to get a satisfactory price. I was warned it would take several months for work to begin and it did. But once all of the items came in my installation was scheduled in just a few days! The installation team, Manny, Yang, Alberto (hope I got the names right), were caring, helpful, efficient, professional - obviously experts in this field. Replacing windows and a sliding door is a messy job but these three tidied up immediately and when they had finished there was nothing else for me to do except enjoy my new windows! Terri, from the office, kept in touch with me and arranged for a county building inspector to come as well as remind me to send in the warranty paperwork. Once the inspector approved the work, Terri, had Justin come out that very same day to complete the job. Justin was very pleasant and knowledgeable and got right to work removing the product stickers from each window and installing plastic strips on each side of the window to cover screws and such. Voila...project finished. The windows open and close so easily as well as pop in for easy cleaning. The sliding glass door has very secure locks that I feel extra good about. I'm happy I chose Alufab USA for this project and high recommend them to others.

the salesman was very knowledgeable and professional the installers were great in all part of their work showing up, starting to work and not stopping, and doing quality work the only suggestion I have is when we made a large deposit (which I have always been told seniors shud not do in Florida ) they said 4 weeks plus or minus a day or 2 after 6 weeks I called them how easy is it to send a one-line email each week

It went great. The contract negotiation was done professionally, the fabrication and installation schedule were met and the installation crew were very professional and respectful. The property was cleaned after each work day and the minor punch list items were resolved quickly. The bid price was competitive with the other 2 bids I received and there were no change orders.

They did a great job. I ordered them with the lock on the inside adjacent to where I usually open the door on the far right side. Everything was perfect.

We were extremely pleased with Alufab and they delivered an excellent product. Their sales representative Jack is very responsive and understood our needs and was a pleasure to work with. The window replacement was a breeze, without any mess. High quality work. The shutter projected was more complicated from an engineering perspective as huge motorized shutters were required to close our open lanais around the the pool. But Marco, the owner, took care personally, found optimal solutions and took care of the project personally. The installation team was very experienced and the installation was done without any problems. As we had a hard deadline for the project, Marco even came over the weekend by himself to do the last finishes. It has been four months since project completion and all shutters are working with no issues. Can highly recommend Alufab - they are real professional and gained all of our trust!

This company was very Professional , was hired by my neighbors as well. They performed the job ahead of schedule explained the whole process and cleaned up the job site after themselves.

Things went well, but there was a slight delay by the impact window supplier due to the COVID-19 shutdown. Jack Lengle and Marco Mesa were easy to work with on price and options, and the installation crew did a fine job. The installers and electricians were careful, and cleaned up well when the job was completed. We feel like we got a good price and good quality, and the shutters look great and blend well with our house.

The shutters were installed in a few hours on the same day. The installation went on smoothly. I tried to see if the shutters closed properly which they did. No problems.
