Description of Work: I purchased hurricane shutters; accordion, manual roll ups and clear panels from ALUFAB in February of 2015. I had 4 other companies give me estimates but I was most impressed with ALUFAB. Jack Lengel was very knowledgeable and had creative ideas for the front entryway to my home. Installation was quick and efficient. Duane and his co-worker were very professional and friendly. They paid great attention to detail and answered all of my many questions. The shutters are very easy to open and close- much easier to use than the ones I had installed by a different company in my other house. I was very impressed with the work and the excellent customer service that I received. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Installed two electric hurricane sliders on lanai, and seven accordion hurricane sliders on the rest of the house. They were efficient, neat and diligent in their work, and the job was done at a fair price that was $7000 less than a competitor. They removed all hardware from the original single panel at a time original hurricane shutters, and took away the very heavy panels as well.

Description of Work: Had a roll down shutter installed over our front door, window above and side light. Jack Lengel was our salesperson and was quite informative and helpful throughout the project. We already have hurricane sliders on our back lanai. "Marco" came to do a more accurate measurement and he also helped me with the issue on the hurricane sliders. Not only did Marco help me but when it came time to remove some pins from the sliders -- I called him at about 8:30 am to see if anyone could come and pull the pins out. He called me back in 10 minutes and said someone would be there to do that job in about 30 minutes. They were there in less than that. Can't get any better than that especially in Florida. Work was done professionally all the way around. My hat is off to Jack and Marco. Thanks for all your help and for a great job.

Description of Work: Our home in Bonita Springs, Florida needed some hurricane shutters. We talked to 6 companies. Although this company was not the cheapest, they were the most professional. They listened to what we had to say and they offered suggestions. Before putting on the new hurricane shutters, they needed to remove all the old. They not only put the hurricane shutters on the house, they installed hurricane windows in our cupola. Our experience with ALUFAB USA was great and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.

OFFICE (239) 226-4872.Our project was installation of hurricane resistant windows,power roll down shutters,or accordion shutters for 22 units in our condominium association.Contractor was the lowest bidder of seven.This contractor and their employees,and crews were reliable and on time.All personnel were very knowledgeable ,efficient,and responsive to questions or problems. Kept work area clean and picked up.Individual unit's window accents were covered and protected or removed and reinstalled after installation. Interior and exterior were caulked and touch-up painted. No damage to exterior bldg.Contracted construction time frame 11-1-12 to 11-31-12.Construction time completed way ahead of schedule 20 working days (didn't rush just very efficient) Owners,in residence at time of construction,are very pleased with job.
