Description of Work: They replaced the roof, fixed the flashing around the chimney, replaced damaged plywood, and raised a small area of the roof that was "sagging". They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. My roof looks great, and after 18 months there hasn't been a single problem with it. A wind mitigation report was sent to my insuranace company, and as a result my insurance premiums dropped by 50%. I recommended this company to a friend that needed a new roof and after Specialty Roofers put a new roof on her house she is just as please as I am. Would recommend this company to anyone.

We would appreciate it if you would change your comments in the review, [Member Name Removed]. You know you never had a leak after our fifth visit to your house. I hope you were able to get the problem resolved after calling an HVAC contractor. It's very important to have some ventilation in the bathroom especially when the shower is on. All the moisture is being trapped so you could eventually have a lot more problems.
