Specialty Roofers went above and beyond to assist in the replacement of my clients shingle roof. They were prompt, super fast, professional and I could not have asked for a smoother process. The entire team got us all the info and documentation we needed even before we requested. Their prices were competitive and better than 5 other quotes we got from other local companies. We can not thank specialty roofers enough for all their guidance and assistance. we were on a super tight deadline and had to be extremely efficient and fast paced. We got it all done with time to spare and it looks amazing. Thank yall so much! We will definitely be repeat customers!

Very professional, accommodating and they did a wonderful job. Drew was great to work with and their pricing was completely in line with other roofers but they have special Certifications with GAF that the others did not have. Completed the roof in just 2 days.

Hurricane Sally damaged our roof in 2020 and to the rescue came Specialty Roofers. Drew was very helpful and we had a new roof with high quality shingles and a great warranty all by the early spring of 2021. We had an excellent experience replacing roof and gutters on a main house and carriage house. All due to our amazing project manager, Jon. We live across the country and were nervous to have a large project that we could not oversee. Jon updated us daily with the progress of the project and any weather related delays. He sent photos of their meticulous work and even worked with our HOA for approval and forms. His crew covered our pool and landscaping to assure everything stayed clean during the project. We would not hesitate to recommend Jon and Specialty Roofers!

Gary Henson's knowledge of the product, explanation of the amazing warranty, and help with product selection was just the beginning of an awesome experience. Gary's communication skills throughout the project kept us always knowing what to expect from the beginning of the project to the end. His close working relationship with the installation team was evident from day one of the installation. Jorge Lopez and his team, Rogelio, Alfredo, Alexis, and Ruben were all extremely hardworking and very professional...It was obvious that they had worked together for a long time for Specialty Roofers and it was also nice to witness how they laughed and enjoyed working together. Happy employees says a lot about a company! We are extremely happy with our new roof, and we had the best experience with all aspects of our project. We are so happy that we chose Specialty Roofers!

Contractor was VERY responsive and despite a short weather delay, they showed up on time and completed the work as specified. We’re extremely happy with their product.

Team was excellent, from Jon the rep to the team of 6 that knocked out my 2000 sqft roof in a weekend. Excellent work, affordable and very thorough.

We had 2 small areas that needed gutters. Jon came out and checked it out and had his team get it done very efficiently and professionally. I will be recommending Specialty roofers to anyone who needs gutters and roofing! We also talked about solar but were not eligible because of our roof pitch but i'm sure they would do a fantastic job with that service as well

I would highly recommend Specialty Roofers. Not only is the price right but the customer service is excellent. Jon, the property manager contacts you at every step of the installation. Eduardo and his team who are the ones that strip and reroof were very courteous and worked hard to get the job done quickly. The roof looks great and my place was meticulously cleaned up after.

It went great! Jon Miller our project manager was awesome and very responsive, and our roofing install crew led by Enrique was prompt, professional, efficient, and did a great job. Very happy with the GAF solar system and roof system. Everything was delivered as promised and looks great. I highly recommend them.

The contract is sent explaining the the company will provide two employees with a minimum labor charge of $450 for the first three hours and $150 for every hour after, with materials costing extra. Stated in the contract that most repairs are completed within the first three hours. On arrival it was just one individual but the repair was completed within the three hours. The worker told me he only used one bundle of shingles and about ten feet of sticky paper. After the job was completed I was sent a bill. The bill did not itemize the materials used as stated in the contract. The Bill had $450.00 for Labor and $250 for materials, totaling $725.00. I called the company and spoke with Cortney and explained that only one individual showed up to do the repair so the labor cost should be cut in half, and that the repairman told me he only used one bundle of shingles and a small amount of sticky paper. I also told Cortney that I did not receive any photos of the repair. I was sent four photos. Three photos were of my repair and one was from some other job. After a discussion with Cortney my bill was lowered to $390.00. My point is that Cortney did me right and the repair was done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them, just ensure that you carefully look at your bill and get an itemized material list.

We had several correspondences back and forth via text and voice call requesting a quote for work to be completed. After 3 requests a text was sent by John, that the roof work we requested would probably be about $30/40K. There was no formal proposal even sent with a breakdown of cost.

They were great company. We had a tree fell on our roof, we call them and they were here within the day. The owner was so involved in each project. They were timely and they clean up

Specialty Roofing did a great job on my roof replacement at a fair price. They showed up on time and got the job done in a timely manner. They also did a great job in cleaning up all of the debris. I am happy to recommend their services.

The whole process was great! We dealt with Jon and he was professional and constantly in contact to let us know about timelines and deliveries. The crew came and removed and replaced the roof in one day. The crew cleaned up and did a phenomenal job!

Amazing! Drew and his crews are THE best roofers I've worked with in any state. They're honest & courteous and they're among the hardest working people I've been around. They cleaned everything at the end of each day and their work is impeccable. The estimates may be a little higher than some other roofers in the area, but they're worth every penny. I had several estimates and was impressed with Sean Brown and the product and warranty that he had. Sean Brown did a great job keeping me informed from start to finish. He and his crew showed up when they said they were. Worked hard, did a great job of cleaning up and even finished early. I will recommend Specialty Roofers Inc. to my friends. I called this company to have someone come out to look and give me an estimate on my roof that was leaking. The person said he would be out to my house between 12 - 1. 1 came and past so I called at 1:20 to ask about the tardiness because they never bothered to call me to let me know they were running behind, which I wasn't happy about because I took leave to deal with this. So the guy called me back a couple of minutes after I called and said he would be out at 2:30. I was going to say forget it but just wanted to hear what they had to say about my roof. He did arrive at that time and went up to inspect my roof. He told me the roof was fine because he pulled up the corners of my tile to check for any wetness (not sure if that is good or bad) and the leak was most likely coming from the siding, which is nowhere near where the roof is leaking. The next day a different roofer came out and went up and told me what was going on which had nothing to do with the siding.

I initially selected Specialty Roofers after reading the excellent reviews they have received here on Angies List as well as their excellent Better Business Bureau rating. I also preferred to select a roofing company operating nearby in my local community . I was certainly not disappointed with my choice. The results were simply outstanding. All the work was completed on schedule and on time, from start to finish in less than two days. I had been away from my home the entire time the project was completed on a business trip, and when I returned home I was surprised that there was practically no sign anyone had been there.... except I now had a beautiful new GAF dimensional roof, new Drip edge flashing, and two new skylights on my house. The cleanup of my yard area and landscaping around home was immaculate. I was actually very impressed from my initial consultation with James for an estimate to replace my roof. James, who was my project manager, was punctual for the appointment, seemed extremely knowledgeable on everything concerning roofing, and was completely professional to deal with throughout the entire process, from start to finish, explaining in detail everything that would be accomplished on the job. He presented various options to me along with his recommendations, regarding GAF products, underlayment selection, and skylight replacement, as well as answering all my questions. The estimate he provided for the project was very fair and reasonable. He then worked with me to schedule the roofing project at the earliest time that would be most convenient for me with my flight schedule. I should alsomention that Specialty Roofers Inc has Certified Master Elite Status as a GAF Product Installer, using all GAF products to insure that my GAF System Plus Non Prorated Warranty will be honored should there be any future problems, which I dont expect. I would certainly recommend this company to any of my neighbors and friends who are considering replacing their roof. They did an amazing job! Brian was so courteous from the initial bids to the completion of the final job. The bid was fair, right in line with several other estimates we got. Brain was patient with us at every step: securing our loan, picking out the roof color,and working around our schedule. The crew was professional and ontime.

Called Specialty Roofing office on Tue 29 Jul requesting an estimate. Provided address with work and home phone numbers both of which have answering machines. Was advised that a Project lead would be calling me. Received no return call. Called Specialty roofing office again on Fri 1 Aug. Explained that I had called earlier in the week and had not received a call back from the project lead. The lady was apologetic and said they would have the project lead contact me. Received no return call. On Wed 6 Aug, I visited Specialty Roofing office at 94 Ready Ave since it is near where I work and asked for the owner. The lady was again apologetic, said the owner was out on a job and called Brian who she said was assigned as project lead. She gave me Brian's business card with cell number. I called Brian--he was apologetic and we arranged to have an estimate done on Fri morning as I was taking the day off to work on the house. I called him at 8:30AM to let him know I was there. He didn't show up until 1:00PM. Brian advised how long the work would take (less than half a day) and that they could do the job in about 2 weeks. I provided Brian with 2 documents--1 outlining specifically what work I needed done and the 2nd with roof dimensions. Both documents had my address, home & work phone numbers, and my email address to send the estimate to. Brian said he would send me the estimate over the weekend. On Tue, 12 Aug I still had not received the estimate. I called Brian and he said he was having trouble coordinating a price for 1 item with his supplier. I advised him to give me the estimate using an alternate product he has on hand. On Thur 14 Aug at 4:00PM I called Brian again as I still had not received an estimate. He claimed he had emailed it to me on Tue after our phone call--there was nothing from him in either my Inbox or Junk mail. He said he was headed to a mtg for an estimate and would go to the office afterwards and send me the estimate. Checked email Thur night and received nothing from Brian in Inbox or junk mail. After 17 days and numerous follow-up contacts I never received an estimate.

Outstanding Experience. Would reccomend to anyone replacing a roof.
