C & L Lawn Care Service, LLC is your choice for a full service lawn care provider that specializes in mowing, edging, weed-eating, mulching, trimming, pruning, blowing, leaf removals, clean-ups, & roof/gutter cleaning. "Good Day other Property and Home Owners; It is with a great amount of sadness that I write a Review on C & L Lawn Care Service LLC. After researching, I found a Minority Business to service our Property. C & L came to our home accessed the services requested and gave me a written estimate (Doc#1). We decided to give them a chance and we accepted their written estimate for monthly Services. From the start we were plaqued with issues. There were several activities that they failed to do at one point or another during the duration of the contract including: Neglecting to cut grass in the rear of the property, neglecting to trim hedges, failing to remove debris that they had scattered throughout the lawn, and failing to remove weed growth from flower beds. These oversights were discovered after I would do a walk-thru to review their work. To me, these are common and routine activities that the supervising person on site should recognize and ensure are completed at each job. C & L returned to my Property on multiple occasions after stating the work was completed, the work was not completely done. But the most egregious act is the dishonesty and lack of professionalism displayed by their effort to change a written agreement by removing a service from the original agreement unbeknownst to me and then requiring an additional amount for the service they had conspicuously and unilaterally removed. When I disputed the cost by referring him to the original written agreement and pricing, he stated that there must have been a “computer error”! This businessman refused to honor his agreement and worst of all, he QUITS! As far as I am concerned, Good Riddance! If you decide to go with this company, be sure to keep copies of your contract so that they can’t pull a switch-a-roo as they attempted to do to our Family. See original agreement and the changed agreement attached to this document. Notice how flower bed clean up is removed off original agreement. He then asked for more money to do the Service! The Cook Family...."

Mulch and topsoil services FAQs
Mulch costs anywhere from $30 to $150 per cubic yard, depending on the type you choose. On the inexpensive end, red and black mulch are about $35 to $40 per cubic yard, and are typically made from recycled waste wood like shredded old pallets or deck material. Cedar, cypress, and rubber mulch cost anywhere from $100 to $120 per cubic yard. A pro can help you determine the type of mulch most suitable for your landscaping needs.
Topsoil costs from $12 to $55 per cubic yard, depending on the type you choose. For example, screened black dirt will cost about $15 per cubic yard. Loam (soil composed of sand, silt, and clay) costs about $17 per cubic yard. Standard screened topsoil costs about $20 per cubic yard. The type of topsoil you need depends on your landscaping plans.
Topsoil should go down first. If the topsoil is next to your house, make sure the grade slopes away from the house to keep water from pooling against your foundation and possibly leaking into your basement or crawl space.
