Bad. Service was not performed fully yet payment was charged - with harassment and deliberate non-communication as tactics. Bad attitude, Bad management, worst customer service experience I had in my time in the US. I would stay away.

They did an outstanding job! Mance was very professional, listened carefully, and completed the job efficiently and effectively. I was very pleased with the teamwork and leadership. Definitely hire them!

They did an amazing job with a fallen tree that collapsed my fence in my backyard. I would definitely hire them again. They got it done with no damage to my yard and done very quickly.

I called for an estimate and was given a window from 9am-6pm. When I needed to step out of the house for a moment, I called to ask if they could come after 3pm. Nobody came. Nobody called. I never heard from the company again.

Mr. Tree did not get the job. The owner Mance failed to make our appointment and didn’t call to tell me he was not making it. When called the next day, he offered no apology. Their admin misspelled Verizon so I was not getting their email. The quote I eventually received is $250 more than what we agreed to on the phone. The quote had the work description and my phone number wrong.

They are insured and did exactly what they said they were going to do. It went perfectly. Plus the price was very fair. Thank you Mr. Tree!

Mance and his team are great. The cost is the best around and they are extremely professional. The attention to detail and cleanup are unbeatable. I appreciated how Mance was friendly and courteous and the work was done timely and as requested. This is our second job with Mr. Tree and Lawn Service LLC. Thank you!!

I thought this company's estimates were reasonable, but I have had nothing but frustration since contacting them about an estimate to raise the canopy in my front yard and remove some trees. Just don't even waste your time and money on calling these folks. Our attempts to have tree work done by this company began in mid-July. After contacting them for an estimate, we were told the owner came out and looked at the area specifically described and clearly marked (we were not home). We were given what we believed to be a very fair estimate to limb up the canopy and remove 5 trees. The estimate clearly states removal of the trees marked on the front and side of the house along with raising the canopy. We agreed to the work being done, agreed on a date and paid half of the total price as a deposit (which they required). Three weeks later ... on the day prior to the scheduled work, I get an email stating they would have to cancel and reschedule. That's it. No explanation. We had rearranged our work day to be at the house when they arrived. It then took another week to get anyone to really communicate with me (after phone calls and emails) as to when the rescheduled date would be. Only when I requested a refund of the deposit did I get a call from the owner stating we were on his calendar for the very next morning at 9:00 and they would arrive at 8:30 to set up (none of which was never communicated to me previously). The next morning, no crew. Only after 2 phone calls to the company did they show up ... with 2 separate excuses about being late. AND THEN the guy said he was only raising the canopy and removing ONE tree! There are 5 trees CLEARLY marked and visible FROM our front yard and driveway. We have asked him for a refund and terminated our business with him.

It went really well. The tree was very, very large. They moved all those hugh pieces to the front and they were immediately picked up and hauled off. One large piece brushed the roof and damaged a few shingles. Mance immediately took care of it and had a expert roofer come out and make the repair. Mance and his crew were courteous, polite and professional. They raked and cleaned up the yard of all debris. I would recommend him to anyone who needs tree work or lawn and yard services.

Arrived on time, completed on schedule. Had sufficient personnel and tools to complete the job. Supervisor (owner?) was professional and worked well with his employees, the employees were friendly and skilled. The area was right on top of fences, my house and neighbors, but they took out the trees with no damage to property (climber knew exactly how to cut and drop trees). Price was much lower than others, very happy with their work. The only company I've dealt with in a while that makes sure you get what you paid for. I would use them again.

Got estimate and then scheduled work. They called to confirm apt. Arrived on time and were very professional. Trimmed as requested and removed debris. Answered questions about trees and gave advice on what would be best for them. Worked very quickly, yet made sure cutting was done in safe manner.

Mr. Tree did a great job of trimming and removing and cutting down, but he didn't remove the tree stumps. This wasn't addressed before the work was done, so that's my fault. However, some of the stumps are now re-growing foliage, and the banana trees that were cut down are continuing to sprout like crazy.

I was calling for estimates for tree removal in my courtyard area. It's kind of tight spot to get too. not too bad. but i had couple of companies come by and wanting to charge me extra for that. Mr tree came by he didn't have problem at alll with area, said he had just the workers to help him.We went over the whole job i wanted done and he gave me a price. I said I would get back to him. I had another person already scheduled to come by. after then I looked at them all and went over what we talked about and how the estimates were and i decided to call Mr tree hands down. He had the best attitude, personality, agreeable and ready to do the work. I called mr tree and discussed a time for service and set a date. Mr tree and his crew were here on time and ready for work. they had all the tools and personnel they needed to complete my job and they did a GREAT job. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away all trash and limps and the tree logs. I am very pleased with the whole service job,. I would recommend Mr Tree here in Gainesville florida. I will be using Mr tree again.
